Remember when NYS changed the Adult Survivors Act (ASA) to allow writer E. Jean Carroll to sue Donald Trump for a sexual assault allegedly occurring in the 1990s? Good times…. Signed into law in New York in May 2022, the Adult Survivors Act created a temporary, one-year retrospective window, just for Jean. Bypassing the Statute of Limitations: The law allowed adult survivors of sexual abuse or assault to file civil claims regardless of how much time had passed since the alleged incident occurred—overcoming previous limits that would have otherwise barred Carroll's case. Expiration: The special filing window opened on November 24, 2022, and closed one year later in late November 2023…proving NYS doesn’t give a FUCK about actual Rape Victims..just “getting Trump” Vote @NassauExec in November NY 🙏🏼❤️

YOU HAVE TO DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH MTA rules allow personal (non-rental) e-scooters on local buses if foldable, folded when possible, powered off, and secured without blocking aisles, doors, seats, or emergency exits; they are banned on express buses
@MTA is this a permitted use on an MTA bus?
