Bo'ness & Blackness campaign for independence. Decisions should be made by the people who care most about Scotland- those who live here.

In energy-rich Scotland, we pay some of the highest bills in Europe - and they just went up again. If the UK Government won't cut bills as they promised, they should get out of the way for a Scottish Government that will.

Wasn't voting No in 2014 meant to protect Scottish state pensions?

How can BBC Scotland go back six years to find footage of Nicola Sturgeon making a pledge about young people in care but can't go back five months to find footage of Anas Sarwar pledging GB Energy would create 53,000 new Scottish jobs?

Andy Burnham has announced Great British Grid to transport all of the electricity generated by Great British Energy. One Great British con after another. How long until the public realise these c*nts are just prefixing complete guff with 'Great British'.

Scores of critical incidents declared by English hospitals in the last twelve months and the BBC doesn't politicise a single one. No UK Govt minister is questioned. One Scottish hospital declares a critical incident and Bingo ... BBC BritNat immediately politicises it. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c81d…

He was behind the organised mass of English MPs to Glasgow by train from London during the 2014 referendum. He never had or has any intention of "granting" an referendum to Scotland. He gives no definitive route to independence. He never will. You can see it in his face.

There, in a nutshell, is why you shouldn't compare Scotland to other European nations with respect to drug related deaths. Every other nation is in control of its own drug laws. Scotland isn't. The 'Drug death capital of Europe' label is politically motivated tabloid trash.
Prime Minister Andy Burnham has said he does not support decriminalising drugs for personal use, days after Scotland's First Minister John Swinney backed it. Read more: bbc.in/4hyHc82

Labour MSP Monica Lennon, speaking on BBC Radio Scotland, claimed the 'fire & rehire' threat by Glasgow Council was "unprecedented". This was false and *should* have been challenged. Labour made the same threat in Birmingham last year & in Merthyr Tydfil in 2014. In the early 2010s multiple Labour run councils in England employed fire & rehire [then called dismissal & re-engagement]. These included Coventry and Cumbria. Other non-Labour councils to have employed fire & rehire include Devon County Council in March 2025 and Worcestershire County Council employed in 2024. BBC Scotland, in its eagerness to help Labour attack the SNP, invited a Labour politician onto a programme to comment on the Glasgow situation but failed to carry out *basic* research into Labour's own history at local authority level. What should have been an interview where a politician was challenged became a one-sided anti-SNP rant underpinned by misinformation with an interviewer who metaphorically nodded in agreement.

If a company has profited from apartheid and genocide, it should not be profiting from public money here in Scotland. The Scottish Government has the power to take action now - there must be no delays.

A fierce Better Together campaigner who told Scotland we were stronger and better protected inside the UK. Yet when Grangemouth, Scotland’s only oil refinery, closed, he was remarkably silent. Now he’s boasting about a Labour government at Westminster spending billions to protect steel plants in England. That tells you exactly how this Union works. Scottish Labour politicians do what their Westminster masters tell them, defend decisions made for England and keep quiet when Scotland loses strategic industries and jobs. Their priority is protecting their own positions, not protecting Scotland.

Tomorrow, the Scottish Greens will force a vote on stopping the expansion of hyperscale data centres in Scotland. We need a pause on these alarming developments before Scotland sleepwalks into an environmental disaster.
