We couldn't be happier to partner up on this! Congrats for the launch team!
Did you know that humanity has never launched a spacecraft to another star? That is about to change! I'm super excited to share that my cofounders, @AdiOltean, @EzraFeilden, and I, have created a non-profit to attempt to send humanityโ€™s ๐—ณ๐—ถ๐—ฟ๐˜€๐˜ ๐˜€๐—ฝ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ณ๐˜ ๐˜๐—ผ ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ผ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐˜€๐˜๐—ฎ๐—ฟโ€ฆ and we need your help! We have formed a non-profit called The @FermiExplorer Mission with the goal of launching a minimum viable spacecraft to Alpha Centauri, the nearest star system, leaving in 3 years and arriving in around 80,000 years. We hope it will be both the first spacecraft to leave Earth for another star, and the last to arrive, as per this concept video! The mission is intended to make the idea of interstellar travel real, and to encourage more people to confront one of humanityโ€™s biggest unanswered questions when we look beyond our planet: "Where is everybody?" (the Fermi Paradox) The mission has four high-level objectives: - Aim: To launch the first spacecraft to another star. It should get at least 99% of the way to the nearest star system, Alpha Centauri, within 80,000 years. - Payload: It should have at least a 1kg, 10x10x10 cm payload. - Schedule: It should launch before the end of 2029 - Cost: It should cost less than $15M to design, build, launch, and operate. The mission was planned with the help of the folks at @astrodigitalgeo, @MattGialich and the folks at @AstroForge, and @alexwg+@matthew_pines physical AI lab PSI, who devised the final mission profile. The mission will be executed by full-time program manager @GarrettJameson, who joins us after 10 years as a US Air Force Officer, in collaboration with a US bus manufacturing partner that will be selected over the coming months. We will need your help to complete the mission, so if the idea of the mission excites you, please check out the Fermi Explorer website in the comments to find out more about why we are doing the mission and how to get involved! Thanks to London Studio @ZeroOneCreative and @ashkan01C for producing the concept video ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™

Meeting the demand for compute is becoming impossible. At Atomarine we are building the next generation of AI infrastructure: the most scalable, cheapest and most climate friendly form of standalone compute on Earth.

Space is becoming infrastructure. Its safety layer is not keeping pace. Today, we are revealing Project-Sโ€”and our mission to safeguard space access and exploration. NASA & ESA estimate over 1.2 million debris objects between 1 and 10 cm are already in orbit. The risk is growing. Objects in this range are capable of causing catastrophic damage. If the environment continues to degrade, some orbital regions could become increasingly hazardousโ€”or unusable. We founded Project-S to help change that trajectory. Our vision is space for everyone: an orbital environment where humanity can operate safely and keep exploring. Our mission: Safeguarding Space Access and Exploration. We release our integrated technology roadmap visualized: โ€ข Detect smaller debris objects โ€ข Model and predict their paths โ€ข Support collision-avoidance decisions โ€ข Ultimately enable debris remediation Space safety is not another feature. It is infrastructure. We have prepared an extended technical paper explaining this architecture in greater depth and clearly separating current work from the longer-term roadmap. If you are a space enthusiast, a space operator, or just casually enjoying tech trends, what applications of space technologies excite you the most? Thanks to @ZeroOneCreative and @ashkan01C for the concept film ๐Ÿ™. #Space #Technology #Sustainability #OrbitalDebris #ProjectS

The Fermi Explorer mission is inspiring, and is led by a great team that I know will put in the hard work to make this a success. I love supporting crazy ambitious missions, and hope others join to help them as they endeavor to explore the stars!

Need for Speed Most Wanted if it was a combat racer you play in the browser. I built most of this in @grok: the game, the visuals, videos, and the graphics. Meshes from @ZeroOneCreative's mesh generator and @polyhaven. Music through the @ElevenLabs API. Opus 5 on the hard parts: gameplay feel, mechanics, physics. I steered the iterations so it followed real game-dev practice: LoD, collisions, PBR materials, a dynamic background, all running on @threejs. If anyoneโ€™s interested, I want to make it open source. A benchmark for future models. And if it holds up, a path toward AAA. cc @SpaceXAI Drift. Draft. Dent the legend. Which class first: Interceptor, Bruiser, or Trickster?
