At its heart, British culture is very conformist and scared of change and our MPs are some of the worst examples of this culture. The idea that individuals should not be able to decide when to end their lives, merely to appease the medical and religious lobby, is nuts and cruel.

At this point, I'd vote for the party at the next GE which gives a firm commitment to end the special treatment that Israel receives and to weed out Israeli (and for that matter, any other country's) influence in/on Govt.

@Keir_Starmer is allegedly a competent lawyer. There is no reason then why he (and his ample resources post LOTO) should not have been able to point out to these women that the terms if these pensions were clear and that he could not support their claim. He used them for votes.
