While I'm sure there are many genuine cases here, this unprecedented, almost exponential, increase also reflects a modern obsession with labels. Far too many people want to be "something" than just "be".

I think Netanyahu is the only leader wanted for war crimes at the ICC to address UNGA. Omar al-Bashir never addressed UNGA, and Putin has not done so since his arrest warrant was issued in 2023.

The chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, who filed arrest warrants against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defence Minister Yoav Gallant over Gaza, has been cleared of all wrongdoing over “sexual misconduct” allegations.
The unanimous conclusion of the panel of judges concluded that the allegations “do not establish any misconduct or breach of duty.”
Reports in August 2025 documented the scale of the intimidation campaign targeting the ICC chief prosecutor: “The campaign has involved threats and warnings directed at Karim Khan by prominent figures, close colleagues and family friends briefing against him, fears for the prosecutor’s safety prompted by a Mossad team in The Hague, and media leaks about sexual assault allegations.”
The case unfolded against the backdrop of Khan’s efforts to pursue investigations into alleged war crimes by Israeli officials in Gaza and other occupied Palestinian territories.

Removing Tom Watson as peer in the House of Lords is not enough.
Between April 2024 and 19 March 2026 Watson voted 240 times in the Lords. Palantir was paying him for the last sixteen months of that.
Thirty of those votes were on the Crime and Policing Bill, in February and March 2026, while Palantir was pushing the Met for a £50m policing contract.
Five were on the Data (Use and Access) Bill, which changed the rules on how public bodies, the NHS included, share data.
Eight were on the Border Security Bill. Palantir builds the deportation software for ICE.
All of these bills are extremely relevant to Palantir’s attempt at monopolising their handling of the public’s data.
If Palantir's role in the Gaza genocide and ICE's deportations didn't make its intentions clear, its infiltration of Britain's highest offices should.
This is corruption and needs investigating beyond just removing him from the House of Lords.

Tom Watson has been on Palantir's payroll since November 2024. He kept voting in the House of Lords for sixteen months while the company paid him, 240 votes in all.
Thirty of those votes were on the Crime and Policing Bill, cast while Palantir was chasing a £50 million Met Police contract. Five were on the data bill that governs how the NHS shares patient records.
On 18 September Palantir made him senior vice president. His register of interests now reads one line: exempt from registration. He keeps the title, the peerage and the Labour whip, and the Lords say no rule was broken.
His job is to stop you fighting back against Palantir's handling of your data. Palantir's £330 million NHS contract has a break clause in February, two Commons committees say cancel it, and Watson says his role is to correct "false information".
He is one of four peers who have advised Palantir. The company has hired 32 senior officials out of the MoD, the NHS and Whitehall, then won a £240 million contract with no competition.
His appointment is evidence that the thousands of emails sent to NHS trusts, councillors and MPs are amounting to real pressure.

🚨 Burnham tried to appease Brexit and Brexit punished him for it.
The Times reveals an extraordinary sequence of events.
The EU had reportedly been prepared to exempt Britain from its “Made in Europe” rules, protecting our deeply integrated car industry and supply chains.
But @andyburnham worried that Starmer’s reciprocal youth-mobility agreement would not pass the “Makerfield test” in his Leave voting constituency and sought to reopen it.
Brussels responded by withdrawing the British exemption.
So an attempt to appease Red Wall Brexit sentiment made the reset deteriorate, delayed the UK–EU summit and left British manufacturing facing an even greater threat.
Now Burnham is refusing to rule out putting EU membership in Labour’s next manifesto.
By trying to move one step away from Europe, he may have forced himself to move two steps closer.
There is a powerful political journey here, if Burnham tells it honestly:
Britain cannot demand European privileges while refusing reciprocity. We cannot protect British jobs through permanent Brexit red lines. And governing by the fears of one Leave-voting constituency cannot take precedence over the national interest.
The “Makerfield test” has collided with economic reality.
