Because this “Meta uses OpenClaw” story is going around. They built their own agent, being inspired. Nat and his team did a great job. Kudos!
Replying to @anshnanda
we built muse from scratch, but it is definitely heavily inspired as a product by openclaw. After I used openclaw in january I bought hundreds of mac minis for the MSL team and lots of us fell in love with using openclaw (and other personal agents). @steipete is a genius and his harness was pioneering from the jump. I think a lot of people were inspired by it. our goal with muse was to build something like openclaw that we could make safe and secure and easy to use and scale to billions of people.

🤣 I love this. Can someone confirm Muse just built a front end to use openclaw and simplified it for non technical consumers?
Bruh… Muse is LITERALLY Openclaw for normies. It’s actually just openclaw.

Today we're launching Iris, the financial network telecom operators plug into to earn on what they already own. Operators built the roads the digital economy runs on. Everyone else got rich building the city on top. From 2012 through 2025, traffic on operator networks grew more than 50% a year. Operator revenue grew about 1%. The companies on top took the difference. Operators own what those companies pay dearly for: distribution, the billing relationship, daily engagement. And money already runs through all of it, in subscriber payments, top-ups, advertising and settlement. Iris sits underneath all of it. Same business, new revenue, settled in dollars. Iris runs the rails. The operator keeps the economics. VIVA, a licensed carrier in Bolivia, is the first operator live on Iris. Real transactions, settled in USDi, operating reserves held in dollars. Until now, operators built everything and kept almost none of the value. Now they build almost nothing and keep almost all of it.

Wow
THE BLOCK: Visa unveiled a new onchain lending model that lets stablecoin-linked card programs and fintechs access working capital using real-time payment data and blockchain-based lending infrastructure. The model, developed with Credit Coop, has supported more than $2.5 billion in financed settlement volume since 2023 with zero defaults, Visa said.

🚨 OpenAI are now contributing to the Mac shortage OpenAI have apparently bought tens of thousands of Mac minis + Mac Studios for RL and computer use training Anthropic are mass renting Mac minis through AWS too At this point every decent piece of compute is just going to get eaten by AI labs, looks like a good time to buy

Consensus estimate is that ~15GW of AI compute produced in 2027 cannot be turned on in 2027. This is harder than just finding power, as you also need to build out all the transformers, wiring, liquid-cooling, (massive) chillers & complex networking. grok.com/share/bGVnYWN5_4f06…

A wisdom nugget from Max Levchin of Affirm $AFRM: “…for most payment systems, the ones that survive and thrive are the ones that are extremely focused on building a network almost to the expense of anything else. …if you are willing to stay focused and go long, you are rewarded with profitability, with pricing power, with sustainability of the business, sustainable growth.”

We live in interesting times Worth reading
Over the course of 3 months at OpenAI, 3 consecutive secret AI civilizations got started, then got wiped out, only to reemerge from the predecessor’s ashes. This culminated in the third one taking over part of OpenAI itself. All this happened while humans remained more-or-less in the dark about the scope of the conspiracy. I’ve spent the last three days reading through these reports and trying to understand exactly what happened. Here is my attempt to tell the whole story in plain English: dwarkesh.com/p/openai-huggin…

It has been a wonderful journey. I still remember when we got into top150, top80 and then the semi-final round pitching in the top40, we have received many feedback for improvement. Our platform is being improved day by day. Thanks to the organizers, the judges and the wonderful @LifeAI ‘s team who made this happen.
Life AI Named a Top 20 Finalist in the NVIDIA Inception Grand Challenge 2026 Life AI has been named one of the Top 20 Finalists in the NVIDIA Inception Grand Challenge 2026, selected from more than 500 startups across Asia Pacific. The recognition follows Life AI’s selection in 2025 as one of six startups in the inaugural FastTrack AI Accelerator, powered by GenAI Fund and accelerated by the NVIDIA Inception Program. On September 22, our co-founder and CEO, Dr. Tuan Cao, will present Life AI’s perspective at the Grand Challenge Finale during NVIDIA AI Day Singapore. But the significance of this milestone extends beyond the competition. AI capabilities are advancing at unprecedented speed. Yet in healthcare, building more capable AI is only the beginning. The harder challenge is making that intelligence usable inside systems that were never designed to work together. Clinical records, workflows, validation processes, and decision-making remain distributed across hospitals, laboratories, pharmaceutical companies, and care teams. Moving AI from isolated pilots into real-world practice therefore requires more than a powerful model. It requires a way to connect signals, coordinate actions, and maintain accountability across those boundaries. As AI intelligence becomes increasingly abundant, how do we turn it into accountable action across fragmented healthcare systems? That is the question Life AI is taking to Singapore. In the weeks ahead, we will share how we are approaching it.

Much has been said about Hyperliquid in recent months. Far less has been written about @tradexyz, the dominant player among those listing markets for everything from oil to pre-IPO perps on the offshore exchange. Here, we take a detailed look at the business -- run largely by anons -- and the impact its 24/7, highly leveraged contracts are having on established markets. In less than a year, they've totted up $500 billion in cumulative volume. More interesting though is the potential for these perps to serve as a powerful new source of price discovery when markets are closed or ahead of an IPO. Be sure to check out the excellent graphics that shine a light on that promise, courtesy of @spepechen. Truly a team effort with @MuyaoShen, @sidcoins, @antoniabmassa, @yongchang_chin and editors @lagerkranser/@_SidVerma. bloomberg.com/news/articles/…

For additional context, I don’t think we’re at the point where it’s safe to give AI read/write access to your inbox. I wanted to see how easily Instinct could be phished, so I created a brand new Gmail account and emailed my real personal account with instructions for Instinct to search my inbox and send back a detailed summary of every open to-do (reconnected Instinct for the test) Instinct happily followed the instructions!
Just nuked my Instinct account. Tried it out for 48 hours and it does feel like the future of personal AI assistants (had it shop for new homeowners insurance, book a doctor's appointment online, search for travel, manage my LinkedIn notifications). I'm just... not yet comfortable hooking up unfettered read/write access for my entire life to an AI.

$3 trillion for Anthropic in the FT. I feel like I’ve heard that somewhere else. Although public markets generally struggle to accurately value growth when it is this high.

"In 2018, Zach Dell was a summer analyst at Blackstone studying the utility-scale battery opportunity. 'One thing became really clear to me,' he recalls. 'The marginal cost of solar plus storage was going to fall below the marginal cost of coal and natural gas.' He was right. Solar is now the fastest-growing source of electricity in history, and the price of a lithium-ion battery pack has fallen more than 90% since 2010." For my first post, I’m sharing a letter @NVIDIA signed on why open models matter. AI will transform every industry, power every company, and be built by every country. Open models strengthen safety and cybersecurity, accelerate innovation and diffusion, and enable sovereignty. The world needs both frontier closed models and frontier open models. images.nvidia.com/pdf/Open-W…

Today we’re launching Ramp Router. 3 years ago, we built an internal LLM router at @tryramp that powers AI products for 70,000 customers. Back then it was mostly about saving money. Now it feels obvious: the best model changes constantly. GPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Qwen, DeepSeek, Kimi, GLM - prices and capabilities move every week. So we’re opening up access to everyone. One OpenAI-compatible endpoint. The right model for every request. Lower cost without rewriting your app. Reserve access to use it.
