Yes. Under 8 U.S.C. § 1451, if a parent’s naturalization is revoked for willful misrepresentation or concealment of a material fact, a child who derived citizenship through that parent also loses it. Separately, fraud in the underlying LPR or refugee status can make the child’s naturalization “illegally procured,” even if the child was a minor and unaware. A federal court must find clear, unequivocal evidence; deportation can follow if the person is then removable.
