The International Drought Resilience Alliance meeting today was a momentous occasion at #COP28UAE, co-chaired by Spain & Senegal. We celebrated our journey with the launch of the Global Drought Snapshot, welcomed new members, and set sights on ambitious goals. #UNited4Land

By 2030, we must cut emissions globally by 45 per cent to limit global warming to 1.5°C. At #COP28 developed countries need to submit more ambitious action plans & deliver on their promises of US$100 billion annually to support #ClimateAction in developing countries.
