Case update: I received notice from the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York that Chief Judge Laura Taylor Swain has been assigned to my case, Afshar v. United States Food and Drug Administration et al., No. 1:26-cv-08147-LTS.

BREAKING: I have filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York seeking a response from the FDA to my Citizen Petition to classify aging as a disease. The $405 court filing fee has been paid. Case No. 1:26-cv-08147-UA.

Chief Judge Laura Taylor Swain of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York dismissed the federal lawsuit filed by Ali Afshar/Age Reversal Unity against the FDA @US_FDA. The suit asked the FDA to respond to a citizen petition to classify aging as a disease.
