No. Algorand is ahead in actual PQS deployments.
They've used FALCON (NIST-standard lattice signatures) for state proofs securing chain history since 2022, ran the first mainnet PQ transaction in Nov 2025, and have experimental AVM support for PQ account verification.
Ethereum's PQ effort (via
pq.ethereum.org) has 8+ years of research, devnets, and a multi-year roadmap—but zero mainnet PQ signatures or accounts yet, with L1 upgrades eyed for ~2029.
Both are progressing, but Algorand has live code where it counts.
