السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته A little transparency about my .si journey so far: I’ve made just one .si sale to an end user. I also sold 20 domains to investors for only $90 each—some of them better than names I still own. At the time, I needed cash flow, and Alhamdulillah, those sales served their purpose. What makes that end-user sale special is that I had previously offered the same domain to the investor who bought my other names for $90 each—and he passed on it. Then, at the beginning of the .si trend, I offered it for $1,999, and nobody wanted it. That same domain later allowed me to reinvest around $6,000 into roughly 500 .si domains while keeping about 50% of the sale proceeds in cash. I had my plans, but Allah had something better planned for me. Alhamdulillah. So far, I’ve received offers from domain investors totaling $10,000 across five domains, plus two end-user offers of $1,000 each. These are offers, not completed sales. Did I buy some weak names? Absolutely. When buying in volume, you won’t get every decision right. But I believe I have around 200 very strong domains with the potential to sell for good prices. I’m now funding my domain purchases with revenue from domain sales. My goal is to finish the year with my total sales revenue exceeding everything I’ve spent on domaining.
