One striking thing about this milestone is that we got here while continuing to lower our prices for customers. Devin Fusion, SWE-2, and our ROI guarantee align incentives for the long term. It's an approach I'm really proud we take. Grateful for all our customers!

A big part of the reason I joined Cognition is @ScottWu46's and @russelljkaplan's buy-in to go huge in marketing...can't wait to build with them and the rest of the team 🚀
At Cog we joke that we always build out functions way too late but then suddenly become world class at them. Marketing is no exception - was completely nonexistent for us until pretty recently! Brandon is one-of-a-kind and is the right leader to take our story global. Hopefully you've started to feel some of the impact of it already :)

Congrats @samdblond on the epic launch! You got a great one with @xangentile, too.
Today, we're launching Monaco into General Availability. We onboarded several hundred hypergrowth startups during our beta. The results are staggering: The average customer added 16 percentage points to their month-over-month revenue growth rate. The average customer tripled their monthly meeting volume. With today's release, Monaco is now the most advanced AI sales platform in the world. Monaco customers have an unfair competitive advantage.

Something Sam learned with Parker Conrad is the importance of creating a demand-rich GTM environment. When you don't have enough leads, every deal is too precious, so targets can be easily be missed and more importantly reps might try to close bad-fit deals.
I sat down with @samdblond, founder of Monaco, to talk about to talk about the future of sales and GTM in the AI era. He's an incredible GTM leader and founder and I get new ideas every time I talk to him. Hope you enjoy. During my last few months at Rippling, other companies seemed to be shipping faster. But many of these “AI features” that others shipped quickly would fade soon after they launched or obviously fail beyond a pretty demo. Meanwhile, Rippling is building a set of AI data & platform capabilities and new products that will prove far more impactful *and* durable than much else out there. And that’s why they’re poised to win. Congrats @parkerconrad and @Rippling — excited to watch this unfold from the sidelines!
We launched Rippling Data Cloud today - an all-in-one rebuild of the modern data stack, with AI deeply integrated throughout. Why would you want an org-and-employee-centric data stack? Well, here’s how I used Rippling Data Cloud to help with token burn and cut AI slop. 1/ nitter.net/parkerconrad/status/20…

i trust my gut most of the time now. it’s trained on decades of experience, observation, mistakes, successes, patterns, & signals i couldn’t possibly articulate in real time. the ability to trust your own mind is an underrated skill. life gets a lot easier once you learn how to listen to it.

If you read this and don’t understand why it’s happening it’s an opportunity to reset your understanding of how the real world works. The real world will need a ton of help actually getting agents going in the enterprise. Companies have legacy tech stacks they need to modernize, data in tons of fragmented tools, knowledge that isn’t captured or digitized, and change management needed to actually utilize agents effectively. And they have to do all this while still running their business day-to-day, unlike startups. This is why there is so much opportunity for companies (software or services) to actually deploy agents in specific domains and workflows. This remains a big opportunity for both existing services providers but also tons of new startups as well. Every new technology wave produces a new era of consulting firms that can deliver on that technology. It’s also why the FDE model is going to be alive and well for a long time because companies will want to have their vendor actually help drive the change management and implementation for their new workflows. The people aren’t going away. Far from it.

Some people think "leadership" is meetings, graduating from building. True leadership in every organization from 2026 on out *is* building, and it won't be anything other than that into the future. Either you're building or you're leting your org die slowly. Your choice

15 months ago... AI answered ZERO inbound calls for our company. In the last 30 days... AI answered over 26,000 phone calls. The insight into customer sentiment, final disposition, and the customer journey have never been better. And the conclusion is clear: The RIGHT AI partners can deliver incredible value-- that enhances both your customer experience AND your company's performance. But most companies struggle to find the "right" partner, and the cost of making a bad choice when it comes to AI tools is very, very high.

This is generally wrong for B2B where ICP is defined. Winning paid formula for B2B that actually drives more demand and lifts conversion across all your channels: 1. Build a product that delivers enough durable, differentiated value so you have room in CAC paybacks to invest (this is where the defensibility often comes in, not always in distribution although of course it’s great to have both) 2. Control for company fit by adding all of your target companies to every ad platform (helps you avoid quality drift). The real advantage is in being able to find your customers and then activate them across channels. 3. First scale spend by injecting different types of ads against the same controlled audience (eg awareness for reach + content & events + direct to demo). 4. This also lifts conversion on other channels and grows “organic” over time. 5. You can then target broader audiences modeled off your original list. This is where quality can go most off the rails so start with something that gets you cheap leads so you can assess the company quality.
lots of AI cos starting to experiment with paid marketing so here’s my take: Paid acquisition is a tax on your product's defensibility. the moment you can't out-spend the incumbents and competitors, you die. build channels that get cheaper as you grow or you're just renting your growth

The company you’re buying GTM technology from should be exceptional at GTM. If they’re not, don’t buy their product.
