While everyone is focused on building AI behind their screens, we are building in person. Over a year ago my friend @trentjhughes encouraged us to get an office and hire locally. So that’s what we’ve been doing! My wife is a designer and has an amazing construction team behind her. She saw the vision and brought these before and after pictures to life. We now have a team of 8 working full time at the office, have hosted many in person meetings, and podcasts at the new office. Something cool, our team is building a super computer in the back office to run all of our agents 24/7. Update coming soon! Would you ever want to build out an office like this? More pictures in the comments below.

I just lost a 6-month-long bid/proposal. Countless Zooms, research, and time. But that's okay! Now is a good time to introduce what my company actually does. We have one slot open this quarter. If you know anyone we can help, send them this post. We've helped 11 businesses scale from $1M a year to $10M a year with advertising. Our advertising agency is unique because: 1. We have a great team in the office (no outsourcing), with experts on each platform. 2. We manage ads on all platforms: X (Twitter), YouTube, Google, Meta, Reddit, ChatGPT, and TikTok. 3. My team is managing $3M a month in ad spend right now and is in your account daily. 4. We only work with 4 companies per quarter. 5. Our team acts as your fractional CMO and does everything we need to do to scale your company (SEO, emails, retargeting, whatever it takes). 6. The mission is simple: get you an ROI so you can make more money. So if you know anyone who needs to generate more leads and more sales and wants to scale with profitable ads with a team they can call on speed dial, tag them or send them this post. Thank you for your support, friends!

This is the MOST annoying cold outreach I've ever received. Multiple calendar invites at all hours of the day are coming from spam email addresses. They are doing this because they know people have their calendar notifications turned on. I'm getting notifications in the middle of the night. Who's thousand-dollar course is teaching people to do this?

Hey friends go follow and meet my friend Brian. @TS_Secrets introduced us and he was quickly helping me with ideas for my YouTube channel. Brian comes from TV and knows his stuff 🎥
With football season underway, I thought this would be a good time to introduce myself. I’m Brian and this is me at the 2026 United Bowl. What’s the United Bowl? It’s the championship game for the United Football League. What the UFL? It’s a football league full of former and aspiring NFL players. Why should you care? Because if you love football, you’ll love the UFL. Why am I telling you this? Because the incomparable @RepoleStable hired me and a very talented group of people to tell the story of the 2026 season. His first as owner of the @TheUFL For 20 years I’ve helped networks and brands tell stories on the small screen 📺 and now I want to help Creators tell stories that resonate on every screen.

We manage $100k+ a month on X advertising. Twitter ads don't work! Unless you make this one shocking change... Don't use the same ads you would use on Meta. X ads are not the same as Meta ads. User behavior is totally different on X than it is on Facebook. You have to show customer empathy on X. 1. Who is my ideal customer 2. Why are they on here 3. What are they interested in 4. Who do they follow 5. What would they actually be interested in 6. Are they here to buy or shi*post 7. How can your ads build a better relationship with them 8. Will they actually care when they see your ad You can't just post a TikTok reel with large captions and run it as an ad trying to sell your AI vibe-coded software and expect someone scrolling X for politics to click and buy it. For X ads, start by building the relationship. Get the follow. Get the engagement on your posts. Then use your pixel to retarget them until they trust you enough to click the link in your bio or DM you asking for your expert solution. That’s how X ads work. You build the relationship first. Then you sell.

Nobody wants to watch a YouTube commercial. I don’t. You don’t. And your customer is clicking “Skip Ad” as fast as possible. So we stopped running them. Instead of interrupting people before the video they actually want to watch, we started getting YouTube to recommend our videos next to the content they already consume. Think about your ideal customer. Who are they already watching? Alex Hormozi? A competitor? Another business owner they already trust? You don’t need 100 YouTube videos either. You need 1-2 really good ones and the right people seeing them. 3 things we learned: 1. Stop interrupting. Start getting recommended. Show up when they’re already in the mood to watch and learn. 2. Borrow the audience. Put your video next to channels your ideal customers already watch. 3. Teach before you sell. They watch, learn, trust you, see more of you, then reach out when they’re ready. No screaming “BUY NOW.” No waiting for a skip button that apparently never comes anymore lol. That one change increased our sales and turned YouTube ads into our #2 conversion channel with our highest AOV. Your ideal customers are already on YouTube. Whose YouTube channel would you want your video recommended next to? Comment the channel name and I’ll send you a mockup of what your YouTube ad could look like.

Have you ever tried Facebook ads? A 1.6 ROAS doesn’t look that exciting. Until you look at what happens next. That first purchase came from the ad. Then our retargeting and follow-up got customers to renew every month. No new ad required. Then our affiliate program turned those customers into another 1–3 referrals. So the mistake is judging an ad by the first purchase alone. The better question is - What is a customer actually worth after the first sale? Because once you know that number, advertising gets a lot simpler. It stops being - “How cheap can we get a customer?” And becomes - “How much can we afford to spend to get more of them?”

X is literally paying Meta, Reddit, and LinkedIn to tell you how cheap X ads are. You can’t make this stuff up. And... they’re not wrong. After spending $100k+ a month on X ads, I’ve seen $2 CPMs. But cheap traffic can still get REALLY expensive. Before spending a dollar on X ads: 1. Dial in the audience. You will probably need to test multiple audiences before finding the right one. 2. Make ads specifically for X. I constantly see brands copy and paste their Meta ads onto X. They usually don’t work. Different platform. Different audience. Different creative. 3. Get conversion tracking working perfectly. If X doesn’t know who is converting, you’re basically asking it to guess who to show your ads to. Stop trying to make one campaign do everything. I like running at least 3: - Campaign 1: Get followers - Campaign 2: Build relationships - Campaign 3: Retarget everyone who already knows you Most businesses do the opposite. They run one cold ad straight to an offer and wonder why X “doesn’t work.” X isn’t Meta with cheaper CPMs. It’s a completely different channel. Build the relationship first. Then make sure they never forget about you.

“Made with AI” - yes your audience judges it! Lazy. Fake. Low effort. Just screenshot it... Whether it hurts the algorithm or not, I think it hurts perception. All you have to do is screenshot your AI image to strip the file metadata that trigger those labels. X and LinkedIn mark posts as AI. Simple. Clean. And less people looking down on your low effort post.
