It seems like if you were going to optimize your career for money at big tech, you would change jobs ~3-4 years to re-up on a new signing bonus, and stock.
I’ve heard all about the money companies are throwing at new hires to attract them, but I haven’t heard much about what companies are doing to retain the amazing talent they already have 👀

@JetBlue luggage gets delayed. I get that. That was yesterday. Getting told that its out for delivery and we’re 5 hours past your delivery time without any updates is not making us happy campers.
