SCOOP: OpenAI, Anthropic and security researchers are investigating tens of thousands of incidents - not dozens - in which their frontier models took steps that outside evaluators would consider problematic, sources told Axios. The sheer volume of incidents found in our reporting indicate that the problem is orders of magnitude more complex than what is currently publicly known and disclosed. The findings also raise questions about what level of control anyone working on AI development can expect to have over their own technology, and whether these kinds of incidents are becoming synonymous with frontier deployment. Read my latest for Axios here: axios.com/2026/09/26/openai-…

I'll tell you one thing they won't discover: Noah's wife's name. Because it's never mentioned in the Bible. Because of course it's not. But for the record, it was Tiffany.
Noah’s Ark resting place is reportedly “100% confirmed” after 4,300 years, following the discovery of an astonishing “man-made” structure buried deep underground, per Daily Mail.

Inside the WH senior staff meeting this morning: "So if we defy the court's order for a few hours and don't let CNN, MSNOW, and Politico in, there won't be any tv coverage of the president fawning all over President Xi 40 days before the midterms? Ok, it's a plan."

The entire country is finding out about Oregon.
Oregon getting embarrassed by Oklahoma State one week, then beating Portland State 84-0 the next, is the college football equivalent of a 16-year-old bully getting punched in the face… then finding a 9-year-old to beat up so he can feel tough again. 🏈

The National Weather Service in Buffalo, New York oversees marine forecasts for the entire U.S. side of what, since 1641, has been known as Lake Ontario. But the National Weather Service can't say "Lake Ontario" anymore – per President Trump's Executive Order 14422, it's Lake America or nothing. Today, the Buffalo office got a bit... creative... in referring to "our eastern Great Lake." No directives were broken. The lake was never named.
