The 7AM update is out, showing the Gulf low has a 90% chance of development. Tuesday computer models move the Gulf storm east of Baton Rouge, but it's still too close for comfort. Spaghetti plots show a landfall late Friday into Saturday between New Orleans and Gulf Shores.

"I stand with the victim. We look forward to the outcome and to ensure that justice is served and there's accountability for the survivor."
So she'd already pronounced them guilty. Now she says she'll be guided by the facts and determine if prosecutions are warranted.
While Hochul somehow maintains that the case will be handled "without conflict or bias."
