this technique works so well you can't even imagine. wreckers are used to getting their way and their egos can't withstand any type correction - even if they haven't broken any rules yet, the meltdown that follows a polite request like this will see them out. even just ignoring their acting out can cause them to self-remove.
and it's fail-safe because actually well-meaning people won't be affected. be warned: they will attempt to beat you over the head with social justice language jargon. don't fall for it, and call it what it is - the language of care used as a weapon. it contains zero care.
if their behavior is indistinguishable from COINTELPRO, you have an obligation to the group/space/whatever to treat them as a hostile agent
not everyone who says they want to build the house can be trusted with a hammer
One of the easiest ways to push out wreckers is just to tell them "sorry, around here we express our disagreements with respect. If you can't practice respect, then you need to take your disagreement elsewhere." They self-destruct or leave nearly 100% of the time.

Interesting new scam email utilizing real @awscloud alerts with custom names to generate fake warnings. This is a genuine alert email, sent by Amazon! These are real links to the scammer's console that fired it.
The scammer bounces it through a @DreamHost account and @Outlook .com , but it is a genuine email so it passes DKIM and fails SPF since the host that enveloped it to me wasn't actually authorized to send from aws.com. Yet it still gets the verified blue check 🤔
I can imagine some account/financial contacts that would fall for this.
ALT Alarm "A recent sign-in to your Amazon account was followed by a $649.87 payment through PayPal for a new order. If this payment was not authorized by you, please verify the related account activity and contact PayPal at 1-859-704-1570. Account" is in A .." etc etc, it is a scam email using amazon aws cloudwatch alerts to spread.
