I don't know if anyone else caught this, but I think President Oaks's "producers vs. consumers" point Oct 2025 General Conference and President Christofferson's gambling talk this conference are part of the same argument. And I think it goes way beyond gambling.

The rube-goldberg character of capital punishment, incl the multi-stage $200K drug cocktail, is the result of concern trolling from activists to make the process as expensive, tedious, & absurd as possible, so that they can say "look how expensive, tedious, & absurd this is"
States should ditch lethal injection and just go back to hanging or firing squads. Lethal injection was never about making execution less "cruel." It was simply easier to take for the executioners and spectators - it looks like someone going to sleep, no blood. It was hypocritical from the beginning, covering up the violence of the act.

America has gone a full 17 months without a single illegal alien being released into our country. We have achieved negative net migration for the first time since the passage of Hart-Celler. If Democrats regain power, they've made it clear that they will immediately work to open our borders again. Vote accordingly.

Normally young white men being the universally approved punching bag wouldn’t matter. We don’t really take it too personally that every group of people in the world has a bone to pick with us. But the problem with the anti-gamer ad is that depicting us specifically as unemployed losers — rather than evil rapist Nazi serial killer abuser war criminal, you know, “the hits” — is going to hit a nerve because young white men actually aren’t doing well right now. While literally every group of people aside from us has had their respective status explained by “socioeconomic factors,” which themselves are said to be our fault, we don’t get that luxury. Moreover, it actually isn’t our fault that we aren’t doing well. We are actually the only group of people who are held down as a matter of policy and widely-held societal attitudes that we deserve it. All we want is the boot taken off our necks. We would opt for blind aptitude tests for jobs/positions — no other group would. That tells you the whole story. Everyone wants to stand atop their artificially created “status” and punch down, and it’s because they’re insecure in knowing that it is indeed artificial, and created precisely to produce the outcomes we’re seeing.

Do you believe people should be beheaded for race mixing, like Brigham Young taught? Do you believe that Adam is our god, like Brigham Young taught? Do you believe we should practice blood atonement, like Brigham Young taught?

I believe in American Power— which means being able to control who comes into our country and that the golden ticket of citizenship should belong to Americans first and Americans only. Your parents were illegal aliens who showed no regard for our nation or its laws when they came here. You should be beyond grateful that a legal loophole allowed you to enjoy the fruits of a first world nation. Instead, you're working to end immigration enforcement-- telling actual Americans that their birthright doesn't belong to them and that our nation and its culture has no meaning or value to you. You have no love or appreciation for America because, at the end of the day, you still proudly consider yourself a Guatemalan before you are a citizen of America.
It’s called Latina Power, Brandon! 💁🏽‍♀️ And BTW, your bill is unconstitutional…Learn how to legislate.

Coca Cola is a direct descendent of Mulled Wine, a drink invented during the expansion of the Roman Republic & perfected in Europe. By necessity, the drink requires an Empire's worth of spices. What does Coke taste like? Like Carthage being burned. Like Conquest. Have a Coke.

Well, seeing as America is just an idea, and Liberia has a near identical constitution to America, they were actually never deported at all and are currently enjoying all the same ideas they enjoyed previously. What is anyone even complaining about here?
Liberia, an African country roughly the size of Tennessee and home to more than 5 million people, is now hosting deportees from nations like Brazil, Colombia, Honduras and Venezuela who were expelled from the U.S. CBS News' @camiloreports went there to understand how they ended up thousands of miles away from the U.S. and their homelands.

Well, we need to start revoking peoples citizenship, like Ilhan Omar, Like Zohran Mamdani, like the millions upon millions like them in order to save the country. The consitution is just the written law, and while you should usually follow the written law, it is not our highest duty. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are all of higher obligation. To lose our country by a holding to the letter of the written law and not the spirit, would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, and property, and all the Americans who enjoy them. That would lead to absurdly sacrificing the end to the means. So if your interpretation of the constitution leads to suicide, it is simply wrong and can be ignored.
You can’t revoke peoples citizenship without changing the Constitution. All these conversations are pointless.
