Crypto is a scam!! I’m so tired of reading this. If you see this posted somewhere, let’s work together to change the narrative… Yes, crypto has its share of token and memecoin scams, no argument there. But scams show up in every industry. Banking had Wells Fargo opening millions of fake accounts, Enron cooked the books, Theranos faked medical tech, and traditional finance has Ponzi schemes. Blockchain is just a technology. Some people use it to scam, others use it to build new things, like cross-border payments, transparent supply chains, digital ownership, verifiable credentials, etc. You don’t dismiss the entire internet because of Nigerian prince emails, or the banking system because of fraud. Not every project is equal, but painting the whole space as a scam is just as bad as pretending there are no bad actors.
