WHAT?
We’ve added IRS migration data to RealReports. Explore how many households moved into or out of a county, see the top counties on either side of that flow, and compare the incomes of incoming and outgoing households. Statewide views show where movers are coming from and how movement breaks down by age and income.
WHY?
“People are moving here” is easy to say. Showing a buyer where they’re arriving from, or helping a seller understand who may be entering their market, makes for a much better conversation. It’s another way to bring local context to your next client meeting, listing presentation, or relocation discussion.

Over the past two days, @Monad's daily gas usage recorded new highs of 5.94T and 5.57T as more DeFi heavy applications launch and grow on Monad
Since July, daily gas usage has grown as much as 3.2×, while median gas prices have increased by just 0.84%
That means for every additional 100B gas consumed, median gas prices have barely moved by only ~0.02%

I'm hosting a dinner next month in Boston for scientists and engineers interested in safely increasing human intelligence.
I'm interested in both treating cognitive impairment and helping healthy people improve their cognitive abilities. Could we develop treatments that help people learn faster, reason better, and solve harder problems? I'm especially interested in approaches that could work in adults.
There's a lot we don't know, including what's possible and what would be safe. I'd like to bring together people across neuroscience, genetics, drug development, and computational biology/ML to discuss promising research and what it would take to turn it into useful treatments.
I'm also interested in backing the right founding team if one comes together.
