MISSING | We are appealing for help in finding a 13 year-old boy who is missing from home in Prescot. Issac Finley, was last seen in the area of Bookbinders Lane at around 3.30pm yesterday, Monday 19 October. He is described as a white male, 5ft 1in tall, of slim build with light brown hair. When last seen he was wearing a blue Montirex tracksuit with red/orange stripes and black and white Jordan shoes. He is known to frequent the St Helens area.
