The most surprising and disappointing development is that many of such encroachments, land grabs and illegal constructions have happened in spite of blanket bans and court orders. In normal circumstances, courts should have taken suo moto cognizance of your story and pulled up the defaulters with demolitions and penalties. Who cares?
