Enterprises expect customer balances and payments to be private.
To date, privacy with stablecoins has been difficult and requires significant trade-offs.
Tempo Zones allow enterprises to keep stablecoin balances and payments private, control who can view / access, and seamlessly interoperate with the rest of Tempo’s mainnet liquidity.
Our first enterprise customer will be live on a Zone soon, but in the meantime here’s a technical overview of how they work:

I buy the "not interested in productivity" for its own sake, but a new type of computer you can talk to -- and then it does a 10-minute annoying task in a browser for you so you can go back to whatever you wanted to be doing seems useful for most people.
i.e. any time you have to interact with a government / school / healthcare website

Fast shipping still matters. But for a lot of items you are probably fine with slower shipping if you don’t have to click buttons. You just talk to your device and it appears soonish.

Consumer computing progression
PC to smartphone was about a device that is always with you. Convenience over power / functionality.
Seems like we’re going to see opposing attempts to replace smartphone: visual devices (max immersion) and audio devices (become invisible). Ready Player One vs. Her.
The unlock for both will be low latency AI that can overcome the pretty good tactile UX of a smartphone screen.
If I had to guess, feels like audio / become invisible has an advantage with current social norms for winning everyday carry.
But visual / max immersion maybe replaces laptops and “productivity”?
And then they eventually converge with Neuralink / BCIs. Both immersive and invisible.

Can Jev drive a car despite not being able to see?
I gave Jev access to an unreleased world model used to train self-driving cars and a local segmentation model to see if it could drive autonomously.
TLDR: Kinda? It's a little Crazy Taxi - but kinda amazing this works at all.
