• The matched account has 0 trades, $0.00 P&L
• $1,700 i made which is denied to give
• 2months , no detailed evidence shared, zero manual re-check
• CEO's reply to my dispute: "Irrelevant man, CID match is found nothing else is relevant."
• logs says login from client web ( i never used mt5 terminal or browser only used mt5 app )
They advertise a "zero reward denials" policy and "immediate human support."
I offered live verification, device and location proof.
They Answered - decision is final

I asked them for a manual review becuase its a false allegations becuase i never shared device or logins with anyone . The account got same cid has of me is from moroco and i am from india . Also matched accounts has 0 trading activity which means no co ordinated trading has been done .
Also the logs says login ' client web ' 5830 . Which is a login session of mt5 browser or terminal but i only used mt5 app from appstore in my iphone then where this login session showing ' client web '?
Also where is the ip change proofs ? Timestamps ? Matched identifier ?
Closed by all accounts , banned me , 0 refunds , denied payouts , ignoring me , not giving detailed proofs . And the headline of fundingpips is - ' built for traders by the traders ' ( 😒 ) .
I also told them i am ready for the live verification of me and my device also if u want any proof i am ready to co operate still they not listening . Which is very depressing for a trader who blowed too many accounts then got funded made payout and it got rejected without transperency and clarity .

🚨 FUNDINGPIPS PAYOUT DISPUTE 🚨
Trader @fxnitin031 says his account was banned for an alleged CID violation — but he claims the evidence doesn’t add up.
He says:
• Only used MT5 via the official iPhone App Store app 📱
• Never used a PC/laptop/browser MT5
• No EA, VPS, copier, or third-party service
• The alleged matched account is reportedly from Morocco, while he is from India
• He claims that account has 0 trading activity
He’s asking @fundingpips @Khldfx @avikkfp @ErkanOriginal for the actual IP/login/device evidence behind the CID match.
He says he’s been trying to resolve this for ~2 months and is willing to complete live verification and provide device evidence.
If this is a technical error or incorrect account identification, a manual review could clarify everything.

I am not here to spread mis information or spreading hate about fundingpips . But i got flasely banned in the name of cid voilation . In the logs its showing login ' client web ' build 5830 . But i only used mt5 from appstore on my iphone device never used laptop , computer login not even browser mt5 login . Then from where this login came ? Also never used EA, VPS , SERVICE OF PASSING ACCOUNT , TRADECOPIER .
I am sure its some kind of technical error happened with my accounts . Also the matched account trader is from moroco and i am from india . Impossible to share device and if u think we used some kind of same services to pass accounts then share the ip change proofs .
I am also ready for the live verification of me and my device . Also ready for any proofs they want regarding my case . I am fighting this from now 2 months its very stressfull and depressing i have given my time efforts and money to this firm and i choose fundingpips becuase it is the best firm in cfd space still i am going through all this after choosing best firm @Khldfx you told that this firm is build for traders by traders .

🚨 FundingPips Payout Dispute
A trader claims his account was banned for an alleged CID violation, and he is now asking FundingPips for a manual review.
According to the trader @fxnitin031 , the account logs show a “Client Web – Build 5830” login. However, he claims he only used MT5 through the official App Store app on his iPhone and never logged in through a laptop, PC, browser, or web MT5.
He also says he never used:
• EA
• VPS
• Trade copier
• Account-passing services
• Any third-party service to operate the account
The trader claims the matched account belongs to someone from Morocco, while he is from India. He is asking FundingPips to provide the relevant IP/login evidence if the accounts were allegedly linked through a shared device, IP, or service.
He says he is also willing to complete live verification of himself and his device and provide any evidence required.
The trader claims he has been trying to resolve this for around 2 months and believes there may have been a technical error or incorrect account identification.
He is asking @fundingpips @Khldfx @avikkfp @ErkanOriginal to manually review the account logs and data, especially because he claims the matched account has 0 trading activity.
Hopefully the team can review the case and provide the trader with clear evidence explaining what triggered the CID violation.

A trader claims @FundingPips banned his account over alleged CID matching, but says the evidence provided to him was incomplete.
According to the trader, the logs did not show the timestamp, matched identifier, IP details, or the specific account/device allegedly linked to him.
What raises an additional question is the log showing “Client Web Build 5830.” The trader says he only traded through MT5 and never used the web terminal or MT5 through a browser.
If the CID match is the reason for the ban, the trader believes he should be shown the actual evidence so he can understand and respond to the allegation.
A CID violation should be supported by clear, verifiable evidence — not just an unexplained log entry.
He is asking @FundingPips to conduct a proper review and clarify exactly what triggered the decision.
