The number of replies to this post that are excusing and celebrating the racist comments, are insane. Even factoring for bots, we have a serious problem with the escalation of racism in this country. The man below was correctly arrested for hate speech, but this is a rare occurrence nowadays. Look at plastic-Nazi Ryan Ferguson, arrested EVERY weekend, throws up Nazi salutes inside the court ... nothing. Out he comes to start again. A challenge to Andy Burnham and Lisa Nandy — make strides into the online world. Meet it head on and don't give us platitudes that you're planning to do things. Do it now. Or we're heading for a very dark overspill into the real world and you guys are woefully under-prepared for it. Hate speech is not free speech.
