This is why Johns Hopkins scrapped the sex change project - decades of trying to help transvestites via surgery proved it didn’t fix anything mentally and often caused worse problems.
I get so frustrated over these things we already know to be true - excessive hormones are bad for bodies, anti-depressants are dangerous in young people, and sex change surgeries don’t make transvestites all better.
We’ve known this stuff since I was a teen, probably earlier. I don’t understand why we thought it was going to be different now. It’s madness - doing the same thing and expecting a different result.
In other news -
water makes things wet, fire burns down forests, and knives can cut you. 🤷🏼♀️
This is one of the reasons why trans people decide they don’t want to be here anymore.
This is cruel and we should NOT be performing these surgeries. Humans are not experiments. Everything has a consequence.
I feel sad for this person and angry at all that encouraged it.
