Long potentially sappy yap incoming. You know, having worked on this game for last few years I have done a lot of playtesting my own content, internal alpha testing, team playtests, etc. I've probably "played" multiple thousand of hours of WoW: Forever at this point. Since beta launched, I'd been playing it as much as I could, but it was sporadic. I managed to reach 20 on two characters doing that, so it was not an insignificant amount of playtime. However, I often times interrupt myself to go send a slack msg, or fix a bug when I notice things while playing, and it usually turns into work in one way or another after a few hours. But yesterday, I just... played the game for a whole day in the beta. I'm talking 9 or 10 hours. Slack closed, off VPN. I just played. And it was a full day: - I got 4/5 pieces of the Fang set on my druid - Crafted a sweet leather helm for her - Finished leveling my forsaken pally to 20 - Finished up the last of my dungeon quests my warrior - I met a hilarious and very irreverent paladin tank who I ran Wailing Caverns 3 times in a row with to try and get him the cape from Verdan, and me the fang boots from Serpentis (Neither of us got what we wanted) - Did 2 dungeons with some guild members I haven't really spoken to or grouped with in 3 years or so It was a transformative experience for me. I think yesterday was when it is really starting to actually feel real. It wasn't Blizzcon and how crazy that was, the reception to beta, the podcast, or anything like that. It was just "no lifing" the game for 10 hours and wanting more at the end. Honestly, I got a little emotional. It hit me that the team really did it. I mean they DID IT. Yeah there's improvements and fixes to be made still, and there's feedback to act on (and stay tuned, we've got updates coming soon on some big feedback items). But all of that stuff aside, this is going to be a legendary launch, and the Forever team completely blew even my expectations out of the water. I look at each loving detail or small secret, knowing who exactly put that there and thinking how we couldn't have done this without that person. Then I think of the brilliant things that person added that haven't been found or aren't available yet, and I get almost giddy with excitement for them. I said a week or so ago that I thought we had something special here, and we do. I just can't believe the dumb luck that I get to be a part of this moment with such a once-in-a-lifetime team. It's wild. Anyway, rambly sunday morning post. Have fun and be good to each other!

People keep saying Trump term II is the most corrupt administration ever, so I built a model to find out if it was true. I took the UN's definition of corruption, turned it into eight criteria and 100 points, and scored the leaders history remembers for looting their countries: Marcos, Suharto, Mobutu, Abacha, Obiang, Putin. Then I put every president since Eisenhower on the same scale, both parties, with every exoneration counted right alongside the convictions. Nixon scored 41 and no other American President scored over a 25. Trump's second term scored a 91, which ties him with Suharto and Mobutu and puts him above Marcos and Abacha. So he is not only the most corrupt president in American history. At this pace he finishes his term level with the most corrupt rulers of the last hundred years. PSA: don't come in my comments arguing about the results if you haven't read the full article, because ignorance is a choice. Full article is up now on my Substack (link in bio) and it's free.

Ruh roh. Here is a leaked webinar hosted by Flock demonstrating to police how to track individuals in real time involved in the no kings protests. Maybe you’re thinking “so what?! I don’t go to those and don’t agree with those who did.” Let me remind you, a digital dragnet built to target your political opponents today will be used against you tomorrow. Once the surveillance state is turned on, it watches everyone.

They’ll fine you because a microphone decided your car was too loud. They’ll dispatch cops because an aerial scan found a backyard shed that wasn’t in the database. They’ll build a searchable record of every church, clinic, gun store, protest and political meeting you visit. They’ll identify you through street cameras and dispatch police without ever asking your name. The police state of the future will be contactless: no checkpoint, no inspector, no conversation - just a camera, an algorithm, and an automatic penalty. Every new power will be sold as “efficiency.” Keep pushing against it. If not, freedom will be the inefficiency they eliminate.

So far, in the 2026 elections, 50 mega donors have spent $1.6 BILLION. 🟦George Soros (D): $102M 🟥Jeffrey & Janine Yass (R): $93.8M 🟥Ben Horowitz & Marc Andreessen (R): $91.3M 🟥Elon Musk (R): $90.6M 🟥Elizabeth & Richard Uihlein (R): $70M 🟥Miriam Adelson (R): $67.6M 🟥Greg & Anna Brockman (R): $50M 🟥Paul Singer (R): $37.1M 🟥Cameron & Tyler Winklevoss (R): $33.2M 🟥Ken Griffin (R): $32.5M Billionaires — in either party — should not be able to buy elections. That is not democracy. That is a corrupt campaign finance system. We need to end Citizens United. We need to get super PACs out of our elections. We need public funding of elections.

This is a MUST watch... one of my recent videos, MILLIONS of views. Ford filed patents to read your lips, scan your iris, monitor your heart rate, and run your face through a criminal database. In your own truck. Without telling you.

Every. Fucking. Word. Comedian Cliff Cash delivers a brutally on-point takedown of the so-called “tough” MAGA men, describing Trump as “a dying pedophile…with a pussy on his neck, who paints his face orange every day and shits in his pants.” Watch the whole thing. 🔥

🚨 California's State Assembly approved a Stop Killing Games bill targeting games that need a server connection to play. Before shutting those servers down, developers would have to give 60 days' notice, then either release a patch that makes the game playable offline or refund players. Only applies to games released after Jan 1, 2027. The Senate still has to approve it. Stop Killing Games is an international consumer campaign (started in 2024 by YouTuber Ross Scott) pushing to stop publishers from making purchased games unplayable. It's pursued an EU Citizens' Initiative and backs related bills like California's AB 1921.
