At Monday morning partners meeting, the weekly obscure semis company is being discussed. Doug Leone heard asking “is the dog involved?”

This seems to be at the crux of this debate.
I definitely paid taxes in 2019, 2020, and 2023. Did you? Did Larry and Sergey?
I still think doing this sort of stuff at State level is a bit nonsensical. And any tax on unrealized gains is absolutely bananas.
