Discrimination begins at diagnosis. For far too many with disabilities this means before birth. It is absolutely eugenics and it is absolutely wrong.

Disability discrimination starts at diagnosis. For far too many, that means before we are even born. As a society, we have no greater calling than to protect the most vulnerable.
This is great news for the right to life. Disability has no bearing on human value. All lives are precious, and babies born with special needs are no different.

When not working pays more than working, the govt can no longer say it is working for us. People with disabilities rely on in-person care every single hour of every day. And many direct service providers have been incentivized to stay home, leaving many stuck and in need.

#MargaretSanger wanted babies who looked like me to be killed. And I never want history to sanitize that out. Keep her in the books because #infanticide is a real and present danger to millions of babies with disabilities. She is no icon... but she is a lesson.
