#Leadership is really not "a position"... it is about "being positioned" for a responsibility...for an undertaking of a commitment to arrive at a new destination.

Our goal is to get one million people to practice their humanity. Just think about what could happen if we actually pull that off. We’re born human. But humanity is something we have to practice. And I think we’re starting to flip the script on what people believe creates success in life, because practicing your humanity isn’t some soft, fluffy idea. It’s listening when someone is talking. Helping somebody when there’s nothing in it for you. Being a good friend. Keeping your word. Putting your phone down and being present. Thinking for yourself. Having compassion instead of judging. Apologizing when you’re wrong. Making people feel seen. Building real relationships. Showing patience. Being there when somebody needs you. And yes, hint hint, businesses... building humanity into your culture. 😂 I believe practicing these things can create a lot of success in your life. Better relationships. More trust. Stronger teams. Better cultures. Better communities. Here’s the part that gets really big for me. Humanity is universal. Countries, cultures, languages, religions and beliefs may be different, but being human is the one thing every single one of us shares. So our goal isn’t only to get one million individuals practicing their humanity. We want to bring people together. Different cultures. Different countries. Schools. Businesses. Communities. Eventually, entire cities. Our vision for this is probably bigger than most people can comprehend right now. But someone’s got to fucking try, right, my friends? And little pockets are starting to open. Mexico. L.A. Thailand. Schools. Conversations and opportunities happening behind the scenes that could take this places we haven’t even imagined yet. Because movements have to start somewhere. And I’m telling you, my friends, if we can spark something today that gets enough people practicing their humanity, maybe we spark something that carries into the next generation. One million people. One Human Rep at a time #changetheworld #humanity
