How adorable, another resistance trial judge gives the Supreme Court the middle finger.

SCOTUS should hold that this moronic O'Biden 'judge' may not hear any further cases involving immigration law. Period.

Maybe mainstream journalists will one day write about how liberal judges routinely violated their powers and jurisdiction when they wanted to rule against Trump. And this is after being repeatedly overturned by the Supreme Court. Pure judicial lawlessness.

This will be third time this tribal far-left activist gets bitch slapped by superior courts. Insert ‘You don’t come here for the hunting’ joke

He's been overturned twice and hasn't learned his lesson yet. This won't last a week. Time to impeach these activist resistance judges.

I suspect you support bullshit like this Josh, but it does have consequence. Every time a leftist judge issues an unlawful order in defiance of settled law, some Americans give up, concluding that violence is the only way leftists learn.

Didn't the Supreme Court just rule on this?

So remind me again which party respects the rule of law. This is outrageous given ScOTUS very clearly rules that Congress had stripped the courts of judicial review of all TPS decisions

Are these judges so classless that even the humiliation of their orders being struck down has no effect on them?

He. Lacks. The. Jurisdiction. And. Authority. To. Do. So. Per. The. SCOTUS. And. The. Actual. Law. Itself. FFS, it is time for the Executive Branch to give these assclowns in black robes a come to Jesus moment to get them inline.

Given SCOTUS just ruled inferior district trial court activist judges don’t have jurisdiction on TPS cases, and he’s been rebuked by SCOTUS already twice before, I’d say he’s probably going to be removed from the case completely in a fairly demoralizing decision. Deservedly so.

Don't get too giddy, Josh. Your sand castle is about to be strafed by SCOTUS or the First Circuit.

So when do these judges get impeached? If these were Trump judges ignoring SCOTUS to block a democrat administration on settled law with democrats in control of Congress they would be impeached at a minimum.

When Federal District Judges refuse to abide by Supreme Court precedent, they risk being sanctioned and ignored. These DNC functionary Judges are playing a very dangerous game.

They all have to go. Here’s a reconciliation idea. Defund the entire federal judiciary. It’s not constitutionally mandated,it was created by Congress. It’s also budgetary. No more judges who act like legislators!

does the supreme court mean nothing?? someone needs to file a legal complaint against the judge and the attorney who sued to get it extended

Joker doesn't realize he has no jurisdiction on the matter. SCOTUS will spank him hard this time. May need to be removed from the case and the court.

Josh it must suck to kiss so much globalist's ass for a living.🤮 "Judge" Brian Murphy is bought or blackmailed.
LMAO -- same judge who was slapped down by SCOTUS twice on the issue of Third Country removal of criminal aliens, including a concurring statement by Justice Gorsuch (?) criticizing him for ignoring the Court's first order setting aside his injunction. Now he's going to use an Admin. Stay to prevent the "termination of TPS" AFTER a full SCOTUS decision on the merits saying District Court's lack jurisdiction to involve themselves in decisions to terminate TPS. I suspect SCOTUS will not be as forgiving this time. I would not be surprised if, when this is reviewed, he's not removed from the case. The First Circuit might do it just to spare him the humiliation of what SCOTUS will do if it gets to them.

Judges have zero jurisdiction over TPS which is granted by the Ferderal government as Temporary Status and have no legal standing to stay.
