This rite here is why this club will be mid. People protecting there pockets
My interpretation of Martinez coming out and saying that is heโs trying to go out in a blaze of glory and earn the respect of the fans by being outspoken. Because heโs not earning the respect of fans by how heโs performing on the pitch.

If this were a foreign coach, the British Media, ex-players, and top Reds would be slating him. Also, because it's not a black player like K Mainoo from the academy, but it's S Lacey who's being denied opportunities, everyone is quiet.
some? keeps on picking snr players , refuses to sub them, does not see issues with the stats, little to no chances for academy players, has not upgraded his staff(still no set-piece coach)... would say he is 70-80% to be blamed

Kept the big hitters in Haaland and Saka, but went aggressive elsewhere.

Exclusive: Michael Carrick given deadline until the international break ๐ฃ
There are growing concerns within the Manchester United squad that Michael Carrick is not the right fit to take this group of players forward. The question is no longer if Carrick leaves, but when.
The feeling inside Old Trafford is that Carrick has until the next international break to turn results around. The owners are prepared to make a change if needed.
Eddie Howe is very keen to become the new #mufc manager.

Question why didn't you warn the fan base of this impending danger.
When we questioned the playersโ application after they got outfought and beaten by Hull in game one, Carrick said it was โonly one gameโ.
Weโve now seen 6 games in all competitions and a trend is developing. It is not a good trend.

This is the end. As soon as these reports starts happening
Club to begin contingency measures for potential solutions in the case Carrick cannot get the team to start winning matches.
This is not the start to the season the board expected.

๐ every United Coach or Manager has had mental breakdowns since Sir Alex. He's just the latest victim. Nothing new
๐จ ๐ก๐๐ช: Michael Carrick had TEARS in his eyes during his post-match press conference after being eliminated from the Carabao Cup by Brighton.
His voice was noticeably emotional, and at times he struggled to get his words out.
