DAMS date back to the 90s. I believe Canto which was one of the first is still around. There is no singular way on how brand asset management should be done. The solution should be tailored to your clients budget, scale and needs.
But an even larger company that operates in multiple markets in different languages would likely need enterprise sass for ai-integrated features, facial tagging, licensing filtering, campaign asset bucketing etc etc.
DAM webapps or tools rather than a PDF is typically down to the clients budget and scale. A custom built portal is good for like mid sized clients with localised brand/marketing efforts.
@semplicelabs 👋🏻 Hello! I'm just wondering if you have a roadmap for how long Semplice 6 will continue to support the latest WordPress core updates now that 7 is out.
They intend to give away 4 trillion in tax cuts to rich people and corporations…AGAIN. The only way to pay for that is cuts to military or social security and medicaid. They have clearly stated they intend to increase military spending... so guess what is getting cut.
Red herring. It's like saying the internet was created by the American military therefore nobody should ever criticise the American military on the internet ever? Nonsensical.
Has the backend changed? Like is there any risk of elements of your site breaking with the update. If say a certain nav style preset has been dropped that you happen to use or something?
If it’s not a core feature it should be under the help section and not in the nav or overlaid in every screen. It seems like ai is being cobbled into a lot of software these days for the sake of it.
They are too busy with projects which is part of what makes them high paid and sought after. Most of their work is live so the one pager with a list of links is arguably better than a fancy folio site with lots of nice images, animations and videos.
