Jennifer Griffin has long appeared to me to be a tool of the deep state & numerous sources over the years have come to me about this. But I always thought it was a real mark of her character that she was a source for a WaPo hit piece on me when I was at 60 Minutes & they came after me for my Benghazi reporting. Right before the hit piece came out, it was Halloween & I was with my young children “trick or treating” in the neighborhoods around our DC home. I ran into Jennifer that night & we spoke - the one person I saw who knew me & would have immediate access to reporters. Amazingly, the next day the article quoted an anonymous source as describing me dressed like a stripper when out with my kids for Halloween. Actually My four-year-old daughter had asked me to be the Pink Power Ranger because my children loved that show so that’s what I was - for them. And I was wearing some standard Power Ranger pink & white one piece from Walmart. It was such a personal attack that had literally nothing to do with my work. So small. Then when I was reporting at Fox News on the disastrous Afghan betrayal/withdrawal, she complained about me to the “front office” & I was notified by my agent.

Was Army Secretary Dan Driscoll the source for Jennifer Griffin? Almost all of her coverage of President Trump and Pete Hegseth has been negative. She is a propagandist and enemy of the people. Dan was tight with the Vindman brothers. Oops!

Remember in Trumps first term when he had to cancel a visit to a WW1 cemetery but SS said the weather wouldn't allow the helicopters to fly? Then some anonymous source leaked that Trump had made disparaging remarks about the American soldiers buried there. Everybody that was with him that day denied it. Jennifer chased the story like Woodward chased Watergate. She just kept on and on about it. Finally John Bolton of all people put an end to it saying he was with Trump the entire time and it never happened. Jennifer still kept talking about it. I never trusted her after that.

Very small of her. Hearing this now makes me realize why Hegseth blasted her not too long ago. He knows her true character from their days at Fox. She clearly deserved his pointed words that day. Unlike her, you Lara have always exuded strength and courage, even in the face of evil. I always admired your work as a journalist and even more so when you bravely came back from the brink of death. God always had a plan for your life and we know that “no weapon against you shall prosper” and it is why you keep rising to the top, while the small people willl always remain at the bottom, like the bottom feeders they are.
