When will it be enough.
I keep waiting for the criminal justice reformers to look at the carnage and admit “okay we ran our deincarceration experiment and it didn’t go well after all, mia culpa” and STOP THIS — but the Soros DAs and Judges just keep going.
They cannot keep pretending they mean well.
This brutal slaying from yesterday is actually getting attention, as the victim was a highly-regarded pediatric doctor, but the details of the savage scene that unfolded near Pittsburgh, PA - and the ongoing insanity of our "justice" system - must be fully articulated.
In the overnight hours between Wednesday night and Tuesday morning, a Black criminal - already out on zero-dollar bail for first-degree felony burglary and third-degree felony theft - broke into the home of a White 46-year-old doctor named Idris Evans and his family.
The soon-to-be killer, Black 32-year-old Elijah Hemingway, ascended to the third floor of the home and entered the bedroom of Idris and his wife, Gina, as the couple slept.
Kitchen knife in hand, wearing nothing but his underwear, Hemingway attacked Idris and Gina while screaming about himself “being God.” Upon the couple's rapid awakening, a brutal struggle unfolded in the bedroom. The scene was described as extremely violent, with broken furniture, smashed mirrors, and blood covering the floor and walls.
As Hemingway repeatedly plunged the knife into Idris and Gina Evans, Gina screamed aloud to awaken their 8 and 12-year-old children, bellowing for them to flee the house. The children did, and escaped unharmed. Gina eventually managed to escape, as well, surviving multiple severe stab wounds and lacerations.
Idris, however, bled out and died in his own bedroom where, minutes before, he had been peacefully asleep with his wife, hours from awakening for another day of duty at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh.
It's too early for autopsy results, so a full inventory of the injuries inflicted upon Idris is unavailable.
Elijah Hemingway is charged with criminal homicide, attempted homicide, aggravated assault, burglary, criminal trespass, and possessing instruments of crime.
The argument used to successfully expand the no-money bail policy Hemingway was out on was framed in explicitly racial terms, focusing on claims of an inverted reality in which the justice system gives preferential treatment to White defendants. Groups including the ACLU of Pennsylvania and the Abolitionist Law Center argued that cash bail was - can you guess - “racist!”
They pointed to higher incarceration rates for Blacks, and the need to change that, as though it's not an observable fact of reality across the whole of planet Earth that Blacks commit crime at the highest rates, and are thusly incarcerated at higher rates - all despite the system being OPENLY manipulated in their favor.
And, of course, it worked. As it always does.
Consequently, Elijah Hemingway was free to wander the streets, wander into the Evans' home, wander up to their third floor master bedroom, and viciously slaughter a beloved White children's doctor.
America: DEI until you die.

Grateful that this monster was located and taken into custody 150+ miles away in Pennsylvania—another win for ALPRs.
The woman shot and killed in Loudoun County, Virginia earlier today has been identified as well-known real estate agent Lisa Bradford.
Her husband, Roger Bradford, has been taken into custody by state troopers in Bedford, Pennsylvania— roughly 130 miles away. He is now charged with murder and use of a gun in a felony after sheriff’s deputies were able to put a lookout for him, leading to a search across Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Maryland.
Bradford was a real estate agent with Compass in northern Virginia, according to her page. She was found shot to death inside of her Aldie home at around noon today.
The couple has two children in college and one in a local high school, according to Loudoun County Sheriff Mike Chapman. The homicide remains under investigation.

This week my dream of 6 years came true and I finally mustered the courage to ask my neighbor if he'd allow me to take down the rusted old chain link fence that surrounds his house and borders our driveway.
I finally made my pitch since we are getting our driveway repaved soon and *must* remove our section of the fence to do so.
He VERY cheerfully said if I'm willing to do it, that would be fine.
20 minutes later I was outside with pliers taking that sucker apart. Bolts threadlocked from 75 years of rust were no match for my pure joy and enthusiasm to get it done as a surprise for my husband.
I also didn't want it to be HIS project to do when I'm the one who hated the fence and he could care less.
I was already exhausted when I triumphantly dragged a rolled up pile of chain link to the curb, but then came the fence posts.
Sweet Lord.
I used what is best described as the "mud method" of clearing the dirt from around the post down to the concrete, setting a hose on it for a few minutes, then wiggling it around before pulling it out. It worked great and reminded me a lot of being in labor with my first baby (IYKYK).
I got TWO out in about 40 minutes. I was about to give up on the third when my daughter, sitting on the grass watching me, said "Jesus, please help mama do it!" and I knew I couldn't throw in the towel quite yet.
I do thank the Lord for giving me that last bit of strength but I was SPENT after that. I looked down the yard to see six more posts left to remove (and this is just one of three fence sections) and wanted to cry.
Reader, it took my husband less than 20 seconds to pull out each post.
When I told him how difficult it had been for me and cheered his first removal, he chuckled and seemed to be motivated to pull them even faster.
The last one was pulled so quickly he was clearly just showing off.
Oh and he did this after coming home from the gym.
Later I went out and found our local scrap guy filling up his trailer with the posts and chain link rolls, picking them up and tossing them like they were cotton candy.
Vive la différence.

This is the data point everyone in the party needs to sit with. A 30-point swing among young men in two years isn't noise — it's the family affordability warning coming true in real time.
Trump won 18-24 year old men by 15 points in 2024 because they believed a change was coming — on jobs, on cost of living, on the chance to actually build something: a career, a home, a family. Two years later, that same demographic is now projected to break for the party that spent this whole cycle talking about socialism instead of delivering on any of it.
This isn't young men becoming socialists. It's young men who took a chance on a promise of affordability and putting American Families First, watched other priorities take precedence, and are now willing to listen to anyone who at least sounds like they're fighting for them.

They won’t draft a piece of legislation that says “homeschooling is illegal” they will just create a world where you can’t get a job or go to college if you are homeschooled.

🚨#BREAKING: Outrage is erupting after a 22-year-old who runs into BURNING BUILDINGS as a volunteer firefighter was told he isn't qualified to be a paid firefighter...
...because he was HOMESCHOOLED.
Then the city changed the job posting to cover it up.
His name is Andrew Coates. He's 22 years old, in Nebraska.
Right now, today, he runs into burning buildings as a volunteer firefighter for Cedar Bluffs Fire. He is a state-licensed EMT.
He is doing the job. For free.
All he wanted was to get PAID to do it. In his words: "Make a career out of it would be the goal. To get paid to do what you love."
So he applied to the Fremont Fire Department.
And in April, the city rejected him. Why?
Because his high school diploma says he was homeschooled.
That's it. That's the whole disqualification.
Not his EMT license.
Not his fitness.
Not his record.
Not his experience pulling people out of fires ALREADY!!
...how he was educated.
The job posting he applied to said "graduation from high school."
That's all it said.
He graduated high school.
He has a diploma.
And AFTER they rejected him, the city went back and added the word "accredited" to the job description.
His own fire chief, the man who has watched Andrew work, showed up to defend him:
"I feel the city of Fremont is really missing out here, and in my mind, because of his homeschooling, you guys are discriminating against him."
Over THIRTY homeschool families showed up to stand behind this kid.
And the Civil Service Commission? They said it isn't their job to touch city policy.
Homeschoolers are literally a generation of kids who read ABOVE grade level, who work with their HANDS, who volunteer in their communities, who show up for their neighbors.
And this young man is the proof.
At 22, he's a certified EMT and a volunteer firefighter, while plenty of his peers are on a couch.
When your house is on fire at 3 a.m., I promise you will not ask the man dragging your children out where he went to high school.
You will not ask if his diploma was accredited.
You will thank GOD he came.
Andrew isn't even fighting for himself anymore. His words:
"I think now it's turned into we want to make sure that every homeschooler has an equal opportunity."
That's a better man than the policy that rejected him.
Fremont, you have a licensed EMT and an active firefighter begging to serve your city. And you turned him down over paperwork, then rewrote the paperwork to cover it.
Fix this.

BREAKING: DHS confirms to @FoxNews that a rideshare driver arrested in Montgomery County, MD for allegedly kidnapping & raping an underage girl during a ride is an illegal alien from the African country of Guinea who was caught & released at the AZ border by the Biden admin in 2023. He also has a prior rap sheet of sexually assaulting a minor in NYC from earlier this year.
DHS says Abdoulaye Dia of Lanham crossed the border illegally into Lukevilke, AZ on December 21, 2023 (one of the days my team and I were there doing live shots showing masses of African men crossing illegally), but was released into the U.S. by Border Patrol.
Dia was arrested by NYPD on June 10th for sexual abuse by forcible compulsion, forcible touching – sexual/intimate parts of another person, injure child less than 17, and sexual abuse without consent.
He’s now been arrested by police in Maryland for allegedly kidnapping and raping an underage teen girl during an Empower rideshare in which he was the driver. Police say he took her to a parking lot and raped her in his vehicle, and they believe there are more victims.
