I hear you (and not looking to debate how we ended up here bc we largely agree). Just pointing out that there is still high demand (at least in this area of the country) for houses that are overpriced (despite the discrepancy between the # of buyers vs # of sellers nationwide)

My mom has never once called me about the stock market ever in my life. I’ve been at this professionally for more than 2 decades. She called me today telling she saw on instagram and LinkedIn that we’re going into a recession because of Trump and she wants to liquidate her IRA.
They need an actual vet who can teach the group how to play like a true vet. Someone who can teach them leadership, reliability, accountability, etc. — these current guys are “vets” but clearly just in name only
Aren't all those new modern lumber mills in the South mostly owned by Canadian companies while the ones in Canada are dated and we have lumber oversupply?
There was an Odd Lots about that a few months ago
Yes, but southern lumber is mostly used for paper and not great for building. Lumber for framing houses typically comes from the PNW and Canada, which is typically harder and more straight than southern wood.
@ferrisbuhler81 great episode on @TuckerCarlson. Can companies that self-insure be apart of the solution? If 100% of the drug rebates are passed thru to the employers from the TPA/PBM (some do), are rebates still a problem (setting aside the upward pressure on Medicare/Medicaid)?
