If you’re not getting it yet- TPUSA told us the local chapter asked to host the event. Turns out that was a lie- TPUSA headquarters reached out to the UVU chapter to specifically tell them to ask to schedule the event specifically for that time and location. The subtext is that this aligns with it being a planned assassination. You would need to pick the time and place- and TPUSA has told us for a year now that the kids at UVU requested the event so how could it be a planned assassination. Turns out someone in TPUSA picked the time and place. And then they lied about it publicly for a year. Yeah. That’s extremely damning. Like asking your husband why his location was showing at his exe’s house last night and he says “oh I was out with the guys and Joey works with her and needed to swing by to pick something up. I didn’t even go inside obviously” And then you find your husband texting his ex planning to go over there yesterday for a drink. So A - why are you going over to your exe’s house and B- why are you lying about it. And C- the fact you lied about it for a year makes the answer to question A look pretty obvious.

I guess the independent reviewers wouldn't take evidence submissions through home-improvement bloggers and failed podcasters.

The team says it found no UVU bad faith, then documents planning and security failures that look especially bad for TPUSA / Integrity Solutions / Dan Flood. Shocking / most damaging to TPUSA & Kirk’s security • TPUSA and its protection team refused to talk to the review. Integrity Solutions lead Brian Harpole, TPUSA Security Supervisor Dan Flood, field rep Maycee Crofts, TPUSA Phoenix, and the UVU club president who invited Kirk did not respond to calls, emails, or certified letters. A Utah risk official asked a TPUSA executive to get them to cooperate. Still nothing. • TPUSA overrode UVU on the venue. UVU staff flagged that the outdoor Fountain Courtyard was hard to control and suggested a tighter site. TPUSA insisted on the courtyard. The report says UVU should have kept authority over venue, ticketing, and access because it was campus property. • TPUSA’s own intake downplayed risk. The MEAC questionnaire, filled “straight from the TPUSA team,” projected ~600 people, called it mostly student-focused, and claimed no safety/security concerns and no need for EMS. • TPUSA kept the guest list. National office in Phoenix ran ticketing. UVU could not get reliable, real-time attendance numbers. • Coordination with Kirk’s detail was thin and late. After MEAC, Chief Long asked Crofts to connect him with TPUSA security. No one called. He had to chase contacts. Buildings, balconies, stairwells, and rooftops were still in play; people later tried to get onto a balcony over the stage. • Almost no physical security envelope. No real perimeter, fencing, or controlled gates. Only bike racks near the canopy. After the shot, the crowd knocked the racks over. No attendee screening, no metal detection, no credentialing for staff/media/VIP/private security. • Cameras were not watched live. Footage helped the investigation after Kirk was hit. Nobody was assigned to monitor feeds for rooftops/restricted areas during the event. The report later recommends analytics for people on roofs. • Protective intelligence was weak. Prior TPUSA-tour disruption/security problems were not folded into a structured UVU plan. UVU also lacked a real subject-focused OSINT capability. • Report’s blunt line: coordination among UVUPD, Harpole, and Flood did not include a structured briefing or site walk-through before or on Sept. 10.
