Now that I know what happened and the area affected, here is an updated view of the undelivered ballots in Eagle Mountain. Every pin represents a ballot that was discarded in the church parking lot dumpster - 496 ballots (not just 300 ballots). The Yellow pins are the voters that responded to my email stating that they DID NOT receive a ballot in the mail - 192 voters. That was a 38.7% response rate for that area, which is a very respectable. The purple pins are the voters that voted in person or requested a replacement ballot before election day and voted - 33 voters (6.65% - very low turnout). The blue pins are the voters that didn't respond to my email asking them if they received their ballot - 304 voters. The black pins are those voters that responded that they DID receive their ballots - 0 voters. No one in that area responded that they received their ballot so there are no black pins, but there were black pins in the other areas of Eagle Mountain that received my email. Please share.

K9 BART IS DEAD. K9 Bart sat outside for 36 hours with no water while the man who was supposed to feed him wasn't even home. Madison County, Tennessee. Bart, a German Shepherd just over 2 years old, worked patrol, criminal apprehension, tracking, article searches, and narcotics. Sheriff Julian Wiser says his own handler left him unattended outside for approximately 36 hours with zero access to water while the heat index sat at 101 degrees. A university vet program in Mississippi confirmed it: heat stroke from severe dehydration. Preventable. Wiser used that word himself. The handler got administrative leave, then resigned before anyone could fire him. Now an internal affairs investigation and a criminal investigation are both running, with findings headed to outside authorities. Thirty six hours. This dog worked apprehension, tracking, narcotics, everything asked of him, and the one thing his handler owed him back was a bowl of water and thirty seconds to check on him. He didn't get either.
