As the County Clerk for Utah County, I may not be able to remove a noncitizen from the voter rolls now, but that doesn't mean I cannot pursue prosecution if a noncitizen votes in this coming general election. It's still illegal for noncitizens to vote.

Donald Trump's Justice Department sued 30 states to get their voter data so DOJ could do those checks
The states are:
Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia and Wisconsin
Only Oklahoma settled and produced its file. The other 29 states plus DC have not turned over the full unredacted lists

Now that I know what happened and the area affected, here is an updated view of the undelivered ballots in Eagle Mountain.
Every pin represents a ballot that was discarded in the church parking lot dumpster - 496 ballots (not just 300 ballots).
The Yellow pins are the voters that responded to my email stating that they DID NOT receive a ballot in the mail - 192 voters. That was a 38.7% response rate for that area, which is a very respectable.
The purple pins are the voters that voted in person or requested a replacement ballot before election day and voted - 33 voters (6.65% - very low turnout).
The blue pins are the voters that didn't respond to my email asking them if they received their ballot - 304 voters.
The black pins are those voters that responded that they DID receive their ballots - 0 voters. No one in that area responded that they received their ballot so there are no black pins, but there were black pins in the other areas of Eagle Mountain that received my email.

Since @LGHendersonUtah is the chief election office of the state, she should be aware that SB153, passed this year, got rid of the private and withheld voter privacy status and created an At-Risk status that has significantly less voters in it. Those records moved to the Public status should have been turned over months ago.
She's causing her own problem.
Utah Lt. Gov. Deidre Henderson says a Justice Department letter revealed she is under investigation over the state’s election records.
Henderson posted part of the letter online Wednesday, saying she had not been aware of the investigation. The letter says the DOJ is investigating whether Utah has complied with federal election-record requirements.
The dispute centers on the department’s demand for Utah’s unredacted voter-registration records, including private voter information.
Henderson argues the federal government is overstepping, raising a broader question over whether states or Washington should control election administration.

Anyone returning their ballots through the mail runs the same risk. The U.S. Postal Service provides no guarantee of delivery.
Please vote in person or use a County provided drop box conveniently located in each city.
Hundreds of primary election ballots reportedly never made it to their destination in Utah County, leading to an investigation.
According to the Utah County Clerk Aaron Davidson, after the 2026 primary election, there were multiple reports from registered voters who never received their ballots. In total, he received just over 300 reports, though he added, "I'm sure there more than that."
