Without modernisation of education and health systems, then the 4 principles can't be achieved.

Museveni thoughts include 1. Commercial Agriculture 2. Industry and Manufacturing (Value Addition) 3. Services, expanding infrastructure and private investment in hotels, tourism, public transport, banking, and professional services. 4. Information and Communications Technology (ICT). There is no mention of governance, human capacity, environment and a formula for national wealth redistribution to end poverty and inequality, etc as a soft sector. PLU can emphasize these.

Add ; National Health Insurance Factory reset of the entire system Competency based education focused on skilling Widening infrastructure mostly on transport- railway & technology Conduct gov't aided and owned businesses in other states

This is good , we're together on this. Now start a program of sharing the m7 thought to the wananchi and also let it be taught in schools plus Swahili. That's how we shall develop.

Chairman @mkainerugaba , last year I wrote to you seeking appointment to dicuss my proposal of strengthening PLU to be a more formidable civic organization in development of our country but i have not yet gotten any feedback.

we cant modernize industries that we dont have afande- we start with creating them- , second we cant modernize agriculture- maybe for the few individuals- we need systems that invlove 80% of our people- b and c are hard to achieve on reality
