In response to @POTUS's call for a revival of America's scientific enterprise, today I’m releasing Science: A New Golden Age. This report is a blueprint for renewing American scientific leadership for the 21st century.

The United States is committed to diplomacy and dialogue on super intelligence. But international dialogue cannot be allowed to drift toward global governance. As @POTUS said, the U.S. totally rejects any attempt to construct a globalist scheme of control for super intelligence.
