Not that nice. Mostly write and tweet about sex, gender, and culture. Reluctant but enthusiastic feminist. Gender critical fringe. Also @DollhouseInOz

What happens if technocrats run the government with AI generated policy? All sort of pain. I just got sick of writting, so it's characteristly bad editing.⬇️

Another one from the archives. Here when they talk about “it” they are talking about male violence. Peter Boghossian compares the risk to women of male violence to that of marauding elephants. The entire women’s movement, since early temperance and prostitution abolition campaigns, have been centred on getting the state to protect women from male violence and to empower women to remove themselves and their children from male violence. This was at the centre also of equal pay campaigns and sexual harassment legislation. To suggest to a feminist that she is not taking steps to protect herself from male violence is bizarre. This, I pointed out at the time is extremely individualistic (Boghossian then called me a collectivist). Feminism is about establishing a societal and legal system where women don’t have to rely on familial males to protect themselves from male violence (patriarchy). Patriarchy is a system heavily dependent on benevolence. If your familial males are good, life can be ok, if your familial males are evil, life is hell. We don’t have any infrastructure to protect Peter from marauding elephants because marauding elephants are not a daily risk to him and male violence is a daily risk to women. You have to ask what interest Peter has in taking this stance? @KDansky

People who argue against protections for women and girls from men can only be predators and I block predators.

I probably blocked you because you are a liar. The actual context is that women were discussing being confronted with a strangers penis in a public changing room that should be single sex, but becomes mixed sex through gender identity policy. Helen Pluckrose framed the shocked reaction women have to a strangers penis in a facility they thought was single sex as “freaking out”, as if they are prudish or unfamiliar with the sight of a dick. One person asked her “At what age is it appropriate to not freak out at penises”, clearly with a hint of sarcasm. Instead of giving clarity that women and girls had the right to sexual boundaries without being shamed for prudishness, creepy ol’ Plucrose told a story about how her mother intentionally exposed her to her fathers penis and she herself specifically instructed her husband to expose his penis to their daughter so she would not “freak out”. Remember we are talking in this thread about public facilities not intimate relationships. It’s fucking creepy and weird and gaslighting to women who are requesting single sex facilities.

Ahh yes it’s feminists fault that men abandon their children and somehow also women are not accountable. You just can’t fix low IQ.

How is the drive to remove men from the family going so far?

The doubling down and look at the comment, so the point taken is that male violence is no material risk to women, it’s just female hysterics. This is a man who is taken seriously by the “centrists”.

I’m cleaning out the photos on iPhone (which may be the source of the migraine) but check out this cracker from Pluckrose comparing women who are uncomfortable with cross dressers to the Taliban. 1/

In my state it is not a criminal offence for a man to access women’s change facilities by wearing a dress and then showing women his erection. We objected to these laws, but now we definitely have a situation where a dress on a man can be a red flag situation. 2/

Just to reiterate, a dress can be used by a man as a predation device to access vulnerable women and girls and we “feel icky” because men are infringing on our sexual boundaries, you creepy, gaslighting, weirdo. 3/3

Apparently some men have a problem with women pointing. We are going to need some memes.
Do you have a problem with men who point when demanding justice? Or just with women?? 👉

This is why women can’t have anything nice now.
I received this message about this headline: (shared with permission) “Hi Sall, in case you find the below of interest; What little media reported it, wrongly attributed it to ‘all female’ however it was instigated by a TiM in the Women’s change room last week who was confronted by a pregnant woman. Man then pushed pregnant woman to the ground. Two female staff members were then assaulted by the man, with at least one punched. Rather than address the misogyny at hand, council scrap the entire Women only swimming sessions.”

I won’t be called racist by antisemites and I won’t tolerate white-supremacy by the other side either. My husband is Lebanese, my children are half Lebanese, I bloody love the Lebanese. Not a fan of Islam but the Lebanese, big fan. When I married, my Lebanese Muslim mother in law said “you are my daughter now”. Since then I have felt the warm embrace of a people who are not my people, but have become my people. I’ve been to Lebanon and loved it, I love Lebanese food and their sense of humour, and the way they laugh at people and themselves and the way they do community. 30 years of being in Lebanese communities and I’m so much richer for it. I can’t tell you how utterly revolting I find any form of racism, I think it’s stupid and ignorant and you really can piss off with it. I really don’t care if you know sex is real and hate indoctrination in schools, just play in your own pool.

Imagine going before a party conference where most delegates are militantly pro-trans and putting the case for biological reality and women's rights. That takes real guts. Bravo, @hollowood_zoe. We are in different parties, but I applaud your courage.

Apart from women’s activism, what these guys hate about these women is the way they generate their own audience and funding. There are a set of talentless hacks who crawl for access to grant funding and attempt to drive the narrative with bullshit ideology they call centrism.
Insanity!!! Sall has been dragged through the courts for YEARS over the basic right to define women as women and yet she’s the mean one?? Practically “Keep sweet, pray, and obey.”
