🚨🚨FAILS TO DELIVER ILLEGAL NAKED SHORTING HOW THE SHELL GAME WORKS This is not just one bad actor it is criminal syndicate working together to rig the stock market. Loopholes have loopholes. Only Bona Fide Market Maker have a special exemption to sell shares they don't own. However this doesn't mean they never have to deliver. It is supposed to be temporary to keep the stock market moving smoothly. But these Market Makers are renting out their exemption so anyone willing to pay. So they can sell shares they don't own. Instead of them being temporary fails to deliver they create a system that hides the fails to deliver and resets the clock. THE NEVER ENDING SHELL GAME‼️

WE AUDITED ALL 58 FOREIGN-BORN FEDERAL JUDGES SITTING ON AMERICA'S BENCH FOR LIFE. I spent over a billion tokens and about 45 days on this deep dive. Through this deep dive and the over a million court cases we have combed through, we have launched an American First Index (AFI) for the site. (More on it as we improve the metrics and refine deeper.) Out of 58 sitting foreign-born Article III judges, 43 were appointed by Biden or Obama. Among those drawn from ACLU and public defender pipelines, border enforcement is blocked over 80% of the time and 60% of criminal sentences fall below federal guidelines. We have added an interactive tool on bench receipts that allows you to drill down and look at how each of these judges behave on the bench. This is just the start. The federal judges are easier to identify than the state level judges. I assume there are 100s if not 1000+ foreign born or first-gen American on our benches. They do not judge on our laws, they judge on the culture they came from. This is a huge reason our country has lost its identity.

— 'Becoming the Third World' would be an understatement. The Third World never knew the ascent we achieved It therefore never had anything comparable to lose. We, peoples of the civilized world, built the First World with the sweat, blood, ingenuity and sacrifice of our ancestors

Sad but true in my opinion
Catholic Charities and Lutheran Social Services have been cashing in on the migrant/refugee travesty for 20 years. A total scam—NGOs and globalist pols have done incalculable damage to America.

BANKS ARE THE BIGGEST MONEY LAUNDERERS ON THE PLANET. JPMORGAN TOLD THE SENATE IT'S SOMEONE ELSE. Not one of their CEOs went to prison. In 2020, 2,100 leaked bank reports showed the banks themselves flagging over $2 trillion in suspicious money between 1999 and 2017. They moved it anyway. Here's what they've owned up to. TD Bank left 92% of its transactions unmonitored for six years. $18.3 trillion. Pleaded guilty. Wachovia, now Wells Fargo, failed to monitor $420 billion from Mexican currency exchanges. Fine: $160 million. About $200 billion ran through a single Danske Bank branch in Estonia, much of it suspicious. Pleaded guilty. BNP Paribas moved $8.8 billion for Sudan, Iran and Cuba. Pleaded guilty. Standard Chartered was accused of hiding $250 billion in Iran deals from New York regulators. Settled. Deutsche Bank let $10 billion slip out of Russia through "mirror trades". HSBC moved at least $881 million in drug money. JPMorgan kept Jeffrey Epstein as a client until 2013, five years after his conviction. It reported over $1 billion of his transactions as suspicious. A month after he died. And this Tuesday, Bank of America admitted it willfully broke anti-money laundering law. Over $5 billion in suspicious transactions it didn't report on time. Treasury says it "prioritized its revenues." Fine: $1.2 billion. Profit that quarter: $6.9 billion. The US Attorney General said it out loud in 2013. Some banks are so big "it does become difficult to prosecute them." That's Jamie Dimon in the video, at the Senate in 2023. Watch who he blames. Deposit more than $10,000 in cash and your bank reports you to the government. Let $18.3 trillion go unchecked and you get a fine. Two sets of rules. Guess which one you're on.

I don’t think retail understands the magnitude of an exercise event as large as $GME Warrants will be - it will be the largest share locate driven by a retail event in the history of Wall Street .. why do you think the DTCC said to the prime brokers “you’re on your own when it comes to the warrants” 😂 there is also a reason they wanted to decouple $AMC and GME in the micro but the macro is very much in the same basket - a large event by either will impact the other accordingly … #GameOver We buy America Back by TRIPPING Wall Street! twitter.com/i/spaces/1dGYlay…

Dear Secretary Bessent @SecScottBessent, My name is Everett Stern. In 2010 I was a compliance officer at @HSBC. From a back office in New Castle, Delaware, I watched billions of dollars move to drug cartels, sanctioned regimes, and terrorist organizations. The enemies of the United States. I documented it, I escalated it, and when the bank would not act, I took it to the @FBI, the @CIA, and eventually the @SECGov. The result was a $1.92 billion settlement. At the time, it was one of the largest in American history. It was also about five weeks of the bank’s profit. Not one banker was charged. Not one went to prison. I paid a different price. I lost my career, my savings, and my place in the industry I had trained for. I was blacklisted. Every door in American finance closed at once. I slept on a camping cot in a 300 square foot apartment because I could not afford a bed, and I waited tables at @PFChangs to eat. I tell you this not for sympathy, but so you understand that I know exactly what it costs to do the right thing in American finance, and exactly how little the system does in return. I made that sacrifice because I believed it would change something. Yesterday, your department fined @BankofAmerica $1.2 billion for failing to report more than $5 billion in suspicious transactions, some of it tied by your own findings to Chinese laundering networks, narcotics, and the southwest border, alongside 475 apparent sanctions violations touching Russia, Iran, and global terrorism. The bank admitted it willfully violated the Bank Secrecy Act. Fourteen years after HSBC. A bank with “America” in its name. And once again, not one individual charged. Secretary Bessent, I want to say plainly what I believe you already know. The fines are not working. A fine is paid by shareholders, absorbed by the balance sheet, and forgotten by the next earnings call. Bank of America reported earnings this morning. Nobody who set the alert thresholds, nobody who decided the 2024 cease and desist could wait, nobody who chose the backlog over the law will lose a single thing they value. Their lives are untouched. That is the entire reason the behavior repeats. This is money laundering. This is blood money. Money that reaches a cartel buys fentanyl that kills Americans. Money that reaches a terrorist organization buys the next attack. This country has fought a war on drugs and a war on terror for decades, at enormous cost in lives and treasure, and all the while we have allowed the financing to flow through institutions we charter and regulate. Cut off the money and we win. We have never seriously tried. There is also a question of equal justice that I cannot let go. Before I walked into the FBI building to report HSBC, I stopped in front of the Great Seal on the wall and read the words engraved beneath it: “Justice is the defense of our liberty.” I believed that. I still want to. But every day in this country, people go to prison for crimes that are nothing next to moving money for the people who want Americans dead. A suit, a title, and a corporate badge should not be a shield from the consequences that apply to everyone else. If a street dealer goes to prison for what he sells, the banker who moved the cartel’s money should be standing next to him. I also want to raise something that is rarely said in these conversations. Why has no one inside Bank of America come forward the way I did? The answer is that everyone in American banking knows what happened to me, and to the whistleblowers who came after. The last person who spoke up is the only policy anyone believes. That is a culture problem, and it starts with leadership, in the banks and in the agencies that regulate them. This is not a political issue. It has spanned administrations of both parties. It is a national security issue, and I am asking you to treat it as one. Three things would change the math overnight. Refer individuals for criminal prosecution. Not the analyst in the queue. The executives who set the thresholds and chose the risk. One banker in handcuffs would do more than every fine in Treasury’s history combined. End “too big to jail.” An institution cannot be too big to fail and too big to jail at the same time. If it is the first, it must be held to a higher standard, not a lower one. And if Bank of America will not act as America’s bank, review its charter. A national charter is a privilege granted on behalf of the American people. It should be conditioned on not moving money for the people trying to kill them. Secretary Bessent, you said yesterday that these actions send a clear message that even the biggest institutions are not above the law. With respect, the institution was never the problem. The people inside it are above the law, and they know it. Until that changes, I will keep writing letters like this one, and the next bank will keep paying the next fine. I gave up everything I had to stop this. I am asking you to use the power you have to finish it. Respectfully, Everett A. Stern HSBC Whistleblower Founder and Intelligence Director, Tactical Rabbit

Dear $AMC investors please reshare this over and over - they think they’re protected- NOT!!!!
Let me help the executives here understand how the law works - that cute new little Jersey Island trademark Infringement law passed Aug 1 2026 -doesn’t help you! How much money you slinging Jersey Kenneth Cordelle Griffin. GAME OVER! To @DanGallagher and @vladtenev Cc; @CEOAdam : Structuring your entity as Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited to issue tokenized equities offshore doesn't grant you immunity when you actively target the retail zeitgeist online. Hiding behind a Crown Dependency’s legal curtain while slapping the AMC logo on an on-chain tokenized derivative doesn't make it clever—it makes it deliberate jurisdictional arbitrage. You market the 'democratization of assets' on global digital rails, flex the platform to domestic retail eyes online, and then whisper 'not available in the U.S.' in fine print to sidestep domestic registration and trademark laws. Here is the reality check: The Jersey IP Shield is Paper-Thin: Jersey’s updated standalone trademark regime doesn't operate as a lawless offshore safe haven for unauthorized brand utilization. If you are leveraging corporate logos to back synthetic exposure on-chain, you remain squarely in the legal crosshairs of trademark infringement and IP misrepresentation. Extraterritorial Reach is Real: If your platform's promotional push targets or solicits U.S. investors—regardless of where the smart contracts were deployed or where the shell company was incorporated—U.S. federal courts and regulators maintain extraterritorial jurisdiction over 'effects' felt domestically under Lanham Act and SEC precedent. You can't claim to build the transparent future of financial markets while running a regulatory shell game through the Channel Islands. The offshore legal gymnastics are transparent, and the loop-hole is closing. Time to end the game. Final warning l: change the @AMCTheatres logo on your $MEME coin - we have the evidence of you marketing “on-chain” to America hiding behind a disclosure. That’s not how it works left hand Dan! Change the logo. You are also committing civil offense retail shareholders of $AMC stock as you counterfeit their brand using the company’s logo without their authorization.

So good..what this AMC community has endured..
as: “I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all property until their children wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered.” — Thomas Jefferson twitter.com/i/spaces/1RJjpbB…
