My final thoughts on this: 1. It’s never ok to murder your whole family and kill yourself 2. I think this bitch drove him to do it. I really couldn’t imagine battling suicidal thoughts and my wife is sitting here making a spectacle of it all on social media. I wouldn’t be surprised if this Facebook page was the reason for half of his mental health problems. After reading the things that were posted on that page, I can totally see why he did it. 3. I don’t believe in using drugs to treat mental health. I think it’s a scam created by big pharma to make money. You wanna improve your mental health? Get off your phone. Go outside. Go for a walk. Touch the grass…literally take your shoes off and put your feet on the grass. Work out. Find a hobby that you love and completely immerse yourself in it. When you really think about it, it’s kinda crazy to believe that taking a pill is going to fix your mental health. Your mental health is often a reflection of your physical health.

Why do they do this so much?

I went down the rabbit hole and this whole thing could literally be a movie. His dad died by suicide, he tried multiple times, his son tried twice. Went inpatient multiple times, tried to kill his wife more than once. Epileptic and autistic kid, then wipes everyone out. Insane

It’s always them. The usual suspects. Low IQ and no Fathers at home.

I blame the culture
