Anyone who thinks it's completely fine to imply that the ethnicity of a group of criminals is the reason why they are committing crimes is racist, end of. Ethnicity has nothing to do with it, and someone like DHH is smart enough to know that correlation =\= causation. But he ignores it because he's bigoted, and anyone who brushes past that joins him.

I lived in Denmark for 3 years and I'm Romani, I am extremely aware of what a group of uneducated, discriminated people is capable of. I know about the gangs of beggars across Western Europe who go back home to Romania/Bulgaria and buy a Mercedes and build villas. The problem is that DHH made it about this one specific ethnicity, not about crime or laws. Not only did he make it about a specific ethnicity, he tried to dehumanize them by comparing them to wolves, or pests that need culling. This kind of rhetoric has roots in fascism and contributed to the holocaust. I couldn't care less if he advocated for foreign criminals to be deported from Denmark, I agree. I don't want to live in a place that allows people from anywhere in the world to come and do crime. My country is not a rehabilitation program. But I apply that principle equally across the board, not to "arabs" or "gypsies" or whatever. That is the proper way to make this argument.

that is what the math on monthly repayments looks like with today's house prices. If all of a sudden you just need 10k down to own one at that price, it will push the price up, and then the house that was worth 425k pre-scheme will be worth 525k post-scheme. First time buyers on this scheme will basically be left with the worst properties on the market while the average price goes up, because this scheme addresses the demand of housing, not the supply of it. Not enough is being built as it is, this is a dumb idea to execute while the government hasnt built the new housing reserves it needs to.
