Reviewing someone else’s pre-launch app is a good reminder that you only get one first-time-user brain. Once you know where everything is in your own product, you’re useless at spotting half the confusing stuff. Watching yourself get lost in somebody else’s app is very educational:)

Wow, interesting thoughts! Haven’t delved into this angle but after a quick think, I think information is definitely being lost. I don’t think the corporations that build ai are too concerned about saving all of it. They’re only going to accidentally save the bits they think are useful to their business model.

Spent part of today comparing old-school forum software for OSJ. Funny thing is, the feature list barely matters to me. I want threads, categories, search, a database I own and pages Google can actually find. We solved this stuff 20 years ago😂
