Hey 👋 I'm a Creative Director with 15+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, and digital (web). When I'm not exploring my interests of UAP and A.I. here, I'm working on projects like the work shown below. Feel free to reach out if you're interested collaborating.

I’ve always liked building projects as a whole world, not just a set of separate pieces. Identity, website, visuals, objects, all showing how the brand can actually live. Seeing all of it come together is probably my favorite part 🩶

You're one of the best I've ever seen at this, Mike. The quality of craft across so many disciplines is really impressive.

Turned my coastal demo into a cozy fishing game 🎣 dgreenheck.github.io/tidewat… Catch fish, sell them to Joe and buy new tackle and parts for your boat from Marta by the boathouse! Did a lot of additional iteration on the environments, plants, models and graphics, adding in more wear and tear to make it look more realistic. Ran an optimization pass which improved performance from 60FPS to 100FPS, but I chewed up most of that adding in new features. It's also now using native WebGPU to give the AI more control. I thought maybe it would struggle with this since Three.js code is likely much more common in training data, but it never missed a beat. Anyways, this is my last update on this project. Wanted to see how far I could take Opus 5.5. Didn't really find the limits to be honest.

Fun fact, the Night Watchman hypothesis of ADHD states that ADHD people have later circadian rhythms and have traits that are helpful in emergencies because some proportion of people needed to be up late, alert, protecting the group. In other words, ADHD may be an evolutionary adaptation.
Up to 78 percent of people with ADHD have a body clock that runs late, and moving that clock earlier has been linked to fewer ADHD symptoms. A 2025 paper by two Canadian doctors pulled the evidence together and laid out a treatment plan. Melatonin, the hormone that tells your body it's time to sleep, starts rising about 45 minutes later at night in children with ADHD and about 90 minutes later in adults. Brandon Luu of Queen's University and Nicholas Fabiano of the University of Ottawa gathered this research in Frontiers in Psychiatry. Sleep problems affect up to 80 percent of adults with ADHD and up to 82 percent of children. People with ADHD also tend to have a flatter, later daily cortisol rhythm, and some studies have found a smaller pineal gland, the tiny gland deep in the brain that makes melatonin. Their body clock genes show weaker daily swings too. Melatonin and bright light therapy have both moved the body clock earlier in children and adults with ADHD. Early studies link that shift to fewer ADHD symptoms, and sleep programs for children have improved symptoms, sleep, and daily functioning. Screening every ADHD patient for sleep and body clock problems is the first step in the plan the authors propose. After that come a fixed wake-up time, bright light in the morning, less light and screen time at night, regular daily routines, and low-dose melatonin for people whose clock is clearly running late. The paper is a perspective piece that summarizes earlier research, and much of the treatment evidence is still early. For the large group of people with ADHD whose clocks run late, the first steps it recommends are about light, timing, and routine. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/4145…

Someone called it “hunter brain” and “farmer brain”. Farmer brain is better at routine, completing tasks etc. Hunter brain is better at unexpected events and then deep diving into a problem. I’m def more hunter brain and my wife is more farmer brain.

Damn, as someone with ADHD this finally puts words on something I’ve felt for years. Since I started sleeping earlier around 4 years ago, life actually got way easier. Less chaos, better decisions, more consistency. Maybe I wasn’t just terrible at discipline. Maybe my internal clock was just completely fucked.
We published a paper reconceptualizing ADHD as a circadian rhythm disorder.

This deeply resonated with me. I've been clinically diagnosted with ADHD, but also have had chronic sleep issues most of my life. I can always fall asleep quickly, but if I'm woken up, I'm up for hours. I also find myself waking up multiple days a week around 3am.

You always say "It's BIG!" And then it turns out to be "Chat6.2 can make XBox games in under an hour" 🙄 or "Claude just ate the President of Mongolia. We need to slow down!" To me big is: CANCER IS CURED, YOUR DEBT IS PAID, MARGO ROBBIE WANTS TO MARRY YOU & THE JETS WIN THE SB!

@michaelshermer proved on @AmericanALCHMY that he is not prepared to go into the deep and if you drag him there he will just tread water until he can find a rhetorical escape hatch. All of his points are shallow and specious. He does not face anyone voluntarily that he expects to hold him to rhetorical standards.
Was Roswell really a UFO cover-up, or was the government hiding something else? Skeptic magazine founder and White House UAP panel member @michaelshermer explains that the government did lie about Roswell, but not because aliens crashed in New Mexico. He says the object was part of a Cold War operation used to monitor Soviet nuclear tests. If UFO stories helped hide Cold War secrets, could today’s UAP headlines be distracting us from something else? Watch here 👉 l.prageru.com/4iJjEzc

After @OpenAI Astra’s release yesterday scoring 99.9% on the ARC-AGI-3 benchmark, I think it’s become clear that AGI is no longer some distant hypothetical. About 15 minutes after the benchmarks came out, I booked the first flight I could find to Jackson Hole. I’ve now decided to relocate here permanently and begin establishing a life with as little exposure to AI as practically possible. I’m currently evaluating houses based primarily on distance from town, whether they have a wood-burning stove, whether the water comes from a well, and how many important systems can still function if the internet disappears forever. I’ve also started transitioning my daily life away from anything that could plausibly become agentic. I paid for coffee with cash this morning. I asked a human being for directions. I bought a paper map. I have begun referring to Google Maps as “the old system.” I’m also looking into purchasing a horse. At this point horses remain one of the only major transportation platforms with no API, no OTA updates, and no realistic path to MCP support. I’ve started moving important documents to paper. I bought a typewriter and I’m learning which vegetables can survive a Wyoming winter. Longer term, I’m hoping to assemble a small community of people with complementary pre-AGI skills: farming, carpentry, dentistry, medicine and cooking. LMK if interested. Whatever happens next, I’ve made my choice. I’ll be in Wyoming splitting firewood and waiting for the compute to run out.

Fantastic article by Ryan Purkey backing up the late, great Harald Malmgren. Socratic, first principles arguments corroborating his position to make claims of handling UFO material firsthand. Must read
unquestionablyskeptical.com/… A year and a half ago @Halsrethink was breaking the internet. Then came @AlchemyAmerican's masterful documentary. More has come to light, and with the recent remembering of Hal I'm glad to offer even more to the story. Thx @DrPippaM!

@michaelshermer Reading is fundamental. My post clearly said Toto came to my office. They never set foot on the ranch. Your leap from “dinner & visit at the office” to “rock bands get ranch access” is creative…just not accurate.
