Russia is systematically targeting business centers and data centers. There have been at least a half dozen targeted by missiles and drones in the past week alone, most in Kyiv. But this latest strike, published below by Ukraine's human rights ombudsman, just occurred in the south-eastern stronghold of Dnipro.
Russia has struck central Dnipro in broad daylight.
❗️A large business center is on fire, cars have been shattered, and people are reportedly trapped inside. There are casualties.
This is happening in the middle of the day, while people are simply at work.
‼️Russia continues its attacks on Ukraine 24/7. It targets offices, shopping malls, markets, and educational facilities daily. It must be held accountable for these attacks.
