They were never expecting this and were THRIVING on Billions less.

On January 9, 2021 it was revealed that the FBI covered up Nancy Pelosi’s brother Franklin Roosevelt D’Alesandro arrest for the R*pe of an 11 and 13 year old girl in newly released unclassified FBI documents that leaked from Nancy Pelosi’s laptop. He was the only man of the 12 men charged that was acquitted.

IRS 501(c)(3) CHARITABLE - yes "charitable" - tax exempt organizations like FSA are VERY LIMITED on the amount and type of LOBBYING they can do, legally.
Maybe they realized they were OVERREACHING on their LOBBYING efforts against Amendment 3?
They probably didn't think it wise to jeopardize their "charitable" non-profit status.
