Three young children, ages 3 to 5, started to drown underneath a capsized boat as their parents screamed for help. The boat had flipped with nine people on board, and while the others made it out, the three smallest children were still trapped underneath. Their parents couldn’t reach them, and every second they remained under the water mattered. Nearby, Jason Horne heard their screams. He told his 12 year old daughter to call 911, jumped into the water and dove underneath the overturned boat. He found the first child and pulled him out conscious and coughing. Then Jason went back underneath and found a 5 year old girl who wasn’t breathing. He got her onto the overturned boat and immediately started CPR until she finally gasped and opened her eyes. But there was still another child trapped underneath. Jason dove back in. The third child, a 3 year old boy, was eventually pulled free tangled in rope and without a pulse. Jason immediately began CPR for a second time as they rushed toward shore, and before they reached the dock, the little boy started breathing. All three children survived. Jason went under that boat again and again until every one of those kids was breathing. I think a dad like that deserves a little recognition today.

It's insane to me that some people are going to vote for the politicians who created all their problems, just to spite the politicians who are fixing their problems...because they're fixing them slower than they'd hoped. Elections have consequences, people. Trust me.

Police stop him, fingerprint him, tow his bike and send him to court — with an officer telling him that failing to appear could result in a warrant. When the machinery of the state comes down on a sixth-grader like he’s a hardened criminal, maybe we should stop and ask what kind of society we're building. A child went fishing. The government responded with fingerprinting the kid and giving him a court date. That’s how a police state begins.

Those Republicans determined to sit out the midterms because their pet MAGA issue was not addressed to their satisfaction in the past 2 years need to be mindful of three things: 1) Trump has carried the vast majority of the MAGA agenda forward on his own shoulders, with little-to-no help from either Congress or the judiciary. One man can do only so much. 2) By withholding your vote, WITH CERTAINTY, you let the enemies of all we hold dear win by default. They have already told us what they will do if they regain power: reverse/undo every MAGA gain; tie up the next two years with investigations and impeachment of Trump, his cabinet members and other loyalists; and re-open our borders to unchecked invasion. 3) Say farewell to any chance of election integrity reform. This is Donna Duncan. She became depressed after dealing with health problems following a car accident. She wasn't terminally ill, but Canada euthanized her anyway. Officials gave her two daughters only 48 hours notice and they were powerless to stop them from killing her.

My suggested course of action: 1. For the mid-terms, hold your nose and vote straight Republican, including for the RINOs. The Dems actually are worse. 2. The day after the Mid-terms we get to work identifying high quality America First Candidates to Primary the RINOs in 2028. The goal should be to NEVER have to vote for RINOs in the General Elections ever again. Got to prepare better to get rid of them in the Primaries. (Too many RINOs slipped through this time.)
